when I rented the van the employee said you didn't plan on parking your vehicle here did you i said yes then he said it was $30.00 per day to park it there I said that is ridicules and he said you can park on the street across from them, not the greatest area so i had to leave my truck on the street and get my wife to drive me back and pick my truck up. I have rented several times from other uhaul locations and never had been told it would cost me to leave my truck when I rented a van. the employee seemed to have an attitude, but when I returned it he did not even pay attention to me but the woman that did see me was very nice. i will not be using this location again

Very rude. Had requested a furniture dolly in my reservation but upon pick up-was told they did not have one. Truck was filthy. Called the location to complain & lady got rude and hung up on me.

the drop off instructions had me dropping truck off at 9:00 am. We had to get to work so left the truck there, dropped key in drop box and I tried figuring out how to complete drop off but the app I had to download didn't give a drop off option. I called the office at 10 when they opened and said I had dropped the truck off an hour earlier per the info Uhaul sent. There was nothing in paperwork about being charged an extra after hours service fee ($20.00).

The uhaul truck I had rented had 2 outside left side mirrors. I could not see through the passenger outside mirror, I tried to adjust it, but nothing would work, until I read the sticker underneath the passenger outside mirror that says "left side mirror" when it should be a "right side mirror". That explained why I could not see any traffic coming from the right side lane when I drove it home. I had a family member followed me while I drove it and I had to be on the phone with him the entire time so he could tell me when the road was clear for me to switch to the right lane on the road safely. I called 1st Class Auto Sales, where I rented the uhaul truck from and I reported it, because it's dangerous to drive the uhaul truck like that.

The trailer is heavy to lift and doesnt have a jack stand Nearly pulled my back out hooking up Would recommend a jack stand o. At least ur heavier trailers to prevent injury

Let the customer aware if you are going to use the self checkout after hours that there will be an extra charge of $20. I received an email asking when drop off would be as they needed the truck for others. We decided to drop it off early thinking this would help the location but instead received an unauthorized charge on the credit card. Very disappointing!

When we got there, there was one guy working, the place where we needed to drop the trailer was unclear and there were dozens of trailers and trucks around. When we finally got someone’s attention we had to back up and drop. It took them 15 hours to check it in and when in called to inquire, the man James, who answered the phone associated with the number said “we don’t open until 10am.” I had called around 9:25, I asked why he was answering the phone and he simply hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this facility at all.

The electrical connection was faulty on the trailer. It worked at pickup but not when I got it home. The Burnsville store replaced the faulty wiring. It works great now.

The drop off location was suitable for a business transaction, but the parking lot was a jumble of vehicles , and the building itself was very rundown and offputting. The lady inside was very nice and cordial no problem there.

The UHAUL Team knew the truck was being rented, as a key was left in the lock box. The truck hood, windshield and cab was covered in over a foot of hard packed snow from a storm 2 days prior. It took 45 minutes in freezing temperatures to chop through and clear the snow, most of which was above my head. Also, nowhere nearby to park a personal vehicle while using the UHAUL for the day, but a sign indicating users would be charged $30 if car was left on site. I’m sure the location would be ok in warmer weather, but parking would still be an issue.

My 9AM pickup was moved to this location, but they didn't open until 10. The manager did not know how to hook up towing equipment, and handed me a sheet of paper with warnings about towing my vehicle. I had to YouTube how to do it, and she called a different manager to help explain.

The dolly I ordered was not in the truck so I had to wait an hour for the store owner to show up. She was rude, didn’t apologize. The cab of the truck was dirty and so was the cargo area. I asked UHaul corp through email to refund the dolly charge since it wasn’t ready on time and that messed up the people I had lined up to help.

This location was chosen because I has looking to rent from a location close to home and drop off at a location near my land in Wisconsin. When I entered the drop off location of Ladysmith,WI the site provided me a list of available places locally to do the pick up. This location showed in green, availability and so that is why this location was chosen. When my husband picked up the trailer the printer was not working and he was not provided a receipt which would have shown us something was wrong as receipt said in town rental, unfortunately this was not found out until we went to drop off the trailer the following day as indicated when I reserved it , in ladysmith. After an hour of the store calling for assistance and not showing the rental ect we were given an option of dropping the trailer off and paying a 200.00 fee or returning the trailer to where we rented it from. We chose to return the trailer the day we returned from our land. This caused us to have the trailer more than the 24 hour rental and more work for us as it was only wanted the trailer for 24 hours. I am.very disappointed in the service and was mislead within the website to think that what I was reserving was not what was requested and then I called the phone number on the receipt and the mam I spoke to was rude and acted like this was my error and I would have to pay for the extra days. I would like verification that no other charges besides the original charge will be taken for this rental thank you,Toni

My original reservation was for a different pickup location. I received ZERO notice that the pickup location was changed and did not know until I had arrived at the original location. This was HIGHLY inconveniencing and delayed our pickup time, which altered our entire timeline. If the pickup location is changed, SOME sort of notice needs to be sent to the customer - a text message, an email, a notification in the app, SOMETHING.

Ms. Kimberly was awesome to work with for pick up and drop off and to the person that extended it for an extra day to us on Monday due to the place not allowing us to move in on Monday so we had to keep it an extra day til Tuesday otherwise I would of had to find storage for a day in order to find another truck to pack it all up again. You are all so awesome and easy to work with.

My reservation was for 10AM. I arrived at 0958. The business owner was in the process of opening. There were several people waiting, because I didn’t know if everyone had already been helped I asked if he were the only person there. To which he replied, " yeah I am, we open AT 10." In any other business, if you have appointments at 10, or open at 10 you are absolutely ready and open BY that hour. All of us, over 5 separate reservations got up and respected that time. Unacceptable. To make matters worse, my sister and I were left to hook up a 12 foot, dual axel trailer on our own. Horrible customer service, I have used UHaul for multiple moves, this experience was awful. To top it off, the driver side front tire had a slow leak. I had to literally purchase an air compressor that I could plug into my truck and check it each stop on my 1200 mile trip. Rethinking UHaul in my future moves.

Make sure your truck is in good shape. The ride was so shaky we couldn't talk without risking biting our tongue. This happened when the back was empty and when it was full. Also they're not good at checking when it's returned. I was late returning, but the truck got returned on the 2nd. Got charged with the receipt saying it got returned on the 3rd...
