The keys to the 15' truck I rented was never given to me. I waited an hour for the uhaul people to come to the store, but they never came. After waiting this long I asked the man at the counter if I could take the smaller truck parked next to my 15' truck. He gave me the keys and I left. I had the truck completely full, plus all four of my friends brought SUV's to help out. We had to take 2 trips because of this incident. Unreliable service here.Takaaki O.

Needs to have an actual UHaul representative at the location or not have this location as a pick up option. I was forced to wait outside at this location for 30+ minutes to be â€œapprovedâ€ for the uhaul after already having a vehicle registered. This put me in a VERY uncomfortable position as there were people at this location yelling inappropriate things to me while I waited. Very unsafe. Happy with the vehicle, not happy with the process of getting or returning it what so ever.Courtney P.
My pick up time was for 11am. I got there at 1030 and the payment system was down. They didnt want to call a manager or uhaul. I didnt get a truck until 1pm and was told the $50 guarantee did not apply to my situation.Aren H.

I'm highly unhappy with all the miscommunication and all the pending charges that U-Haul likes to keep on your accounts. I'm a businessman myself and U-Haul has cost me and my business around $5,000 and potentially my wife so I really hope that they resolve this and try to put the cherry on top before I contact my lawyer because I will contact my lawyer over loss of wages, and I will contact them over unnecessary stress and loss of fiance.Jesse M.

The service was great and well. U-haul over changer for 50 mile from the 1st day of the renter agreement and the next day i did returned their trust and i did used only 36 miles so U-haul was to put the rest of the cash back on my card but they never did at all. U-haul old me money. They also charger me an extra 40 dollars or more for the never day i did returned back the trust back early the never day.Josiah J.

I returned my van within the 24 hour rental period, and returns my keys to the clerk at the desk, which they ensured they would process immediately. They must have waited an hour, or put the wrong time on the final form as I was charged for an additional 24 hours, as well as the insurance. Do not trust them to complete the paperwork! Do it yourself if you want to ensure proper billing.Mercedes P.
I was redirected to this location the day before my pickup. I waited for 30 minutes to get my Uhaul. And I wouldn't consider this location to be in the safest part of town.Michael L.
Our original drop off spot was Super Food Mart, 3166 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43202. When we dropped the truck off the store employee told us we couldn't drop it off there, as he already had 3 trucks and couldn't take anymore. So we had to call Uhaul and find another place to take it (Buckeye Mart is where we ended up, and they were great!). It was very inconvenient, as the entire process took about 45 extra minutes and we had ordered pizza from a place right next to the original drop off location. By the time we got it home to eat is was cold.John D.
It was a pickup location, that was about it. The guy basically just verified that it was me (the renter) and handed over the keys. After renting online, I was expecting someone to explain the at least the basics of renting a truck (mileage, gas level, clearance, etc etc) but there was none of that!Matthew L.

The "Manager" was not informative in how to use the hauler nor how to hook it up. He actually said it was ready to go when the front "foot" was still on the ground, and had no idea on how to attach it to my 2" ball saying I had the wrong size ball. Busy on his Cell phone. He was talking to a friend in his native language while taking care of me. Instead of hooking up the chains, he started to wrap them around the trailer reciever. Other than that, I have rented them before and knew he was not aware of how to install it. The transporter was very good, tracks well and easy to load and un load.John H.

When I dropped off Uhaul, he would not give me a receipt. I dropped the Uhaul Aug 22, 2017 4:00 pm I dropped off the same day that I picked it up in Indiana, but I noticed that the Columbus location indicated that I dropped the Uhaul off 1 day later. I should receive a Credit I pick up & dropped off the trailer the same day. This Columbus location is not honorable. I'm owed a credit.James R.

I had reserves a dolly, this location did not have one. But instead of telling me, he removed it from the reservation. I had to drive several miles down Morse Rd in Columbus, Ohio, wait in line for several minutes, fill out additional paperwork before I could begin my move. I feel that U haul should compensate me for mileage as well as the 10.56 charge for the dolly. This was unacceptable.Krystin M.
