Be helpful to provide instructions for their site for drop off after hours. Site is not connected to UHall drop off web site , completing drop off online was not an option. There were no instructions letting us know that all we had to do was drop key in box, had to make two trips to drop truck off.Martha F.

The 26 foot truck is wonderful for long moves over state highways, but they're too big for local moves and for steep driveways. I wish you had more 18- or 20- footers. My wife wishes the 26-footers had Cup Holders for hot days. But your trucks are very nice and your service is outstanding. WONDERFUL RENTALDavid S.

We had made a reservation online and when we went to pick up the trailer at the time we said, the store was closed for lunch. Why didn't they put that online? We wasted over an hour waiting on them to come back. Then the reservation was messed up and we had to go through everything again at the store; more time lost. I returned the trailer on Sunday afternoon and the location was closed. They did not check-in the trailer until Monday and the system charged me an extra day. I have just emailed u-haul in an attempt to get a refund. Contract #25937923Cathy H.

The check in guy dud not check in the truck while I was there. When he did so, it was over the 48 hour rental and he cheated me by charging for another day. He is not personable and I'm sure he knew what he was doing in delaying checking in the truck so he could charge me for the extra day.MARSHALL B.

Nothing needs to be Approve. Brandon Is one of the most humble an effective U-Haul dealer I have ever been to. He does great customer service. I saw him juggling with 3 customers. Still had every single one of them happy as they got there U-Haul rental. I will defiantly be coming back to this location.Steven H.

I rented a 6'x12' trailer for 6 hours (10:00-4:00) but used it for 7 hours (10:00-5:00) and I was charged another full day rental for a total rental charge of $80.45. That is totally wrong given that I returned it the same day and did not use it for a full day!! I was seriously ripped off. The attendee said they had no control over the charges and they were controlled by U-Haul. I never had this happen in 40 years of renting from U-Haul. How are you going to address my dissatisfaction??Matthew R.

I had a family emergency (lost my mother last Wednesday) because I had to get to the hospital in Atlanta to see her before she passed I was unable to return my rental on time. I tried several times to call Monster Storage, no-one ever answered the phone, went to an automated system and you couldn't hear anything. Finally got the answering machine on Thursday 12/17/20 and left a message about my emergency, took the truck back first thing Friday after returning from Atlanta and tending to my mother's affairs. I get the bill and charge later that day and the charged me $200.00 a day for the days I couldn't return the truck, no call from them just 10X the normal rental fee! I will be emptying my storage units and taking my business elsewhere right after the holiday.jhon P.
When I got to my destination, I opened the trailer and found lots of blankets and a dolly, plus ropes tied to side rails. It was filthy. Guess they had not checked it from the previous renter. Lastly, when I pulled into my community, which is only a couple miles from Uhaul, as I crossed one of the speed humps, the hitch popped off, so thank goodness for safety chains. It had not been tightened down enough. First bad experience ever with Uhaul. I've always been pleased with Uhaul and I'll be back, but this one was bad.Andy N.

Fast in and out. Much better than a location I used a couple months ago in Anderson SC. Knowledgeable sales person helped hook up the trailer quickly Fast drop off as well. Open on Saturdays. They had a good selection of equipment. I rent a couple time a year for business. I'm going to use these guys more often. Great serviceClyde B.
Agent said store opening was 30 minutes later than web site and posted on building. Was nir a le to puck up trailer at required time. Agent did use selected drop off that I chose on internet but one that was 20 miles from my arrival address. Agent could have asked what drop off I would like.Earl B.

Make sure that you take a picture of the odometer when you pick up the truck. I was not told to do so. The result was that I was charged for 310 additional miles for my trip from Seneca, SC to Richmond, VA. The mileage indicated that I drove over 800 miles for a trip that was actually 430 miles. I will contest this on my credit card. Beware!Steven M.

We have storage at another Uhaul location close by. They didn't have a truck there and had to go out of our way to pick it up. It could gave been delivered. The manager there was very slow as she could gave given me the paperwork to get started while she finished with other customer. Picked up trailer. It had a low tire. I put air in it at home while Packing. Noticed a nail. Called. An hour later guy showed up to fix. This was the second place I went. Where I rented and tried to pick up didn't have a trailer for me. He called and found one. Also I am displeased with online and phone support. I had to call several times to get help and had to wait 20 min each time. I also tried to go online but uhaul site Didn't work I will look for other trailer rental services the next time I have needjames H.
Work on how the employees talk to the customers!? The woman at the desk was rude and was not helpful at all and called Her manager twice. I had never used the online service and I will possibly do that part again but not at that store location!!Heidi O.

We reserved 7 days in advance a 10' truck. We were clear we could not use a larger one due to the narrow road we would be navigating. We were assured a 10' truck. However, on the date to pick it up, they did not have a 10' truck. We had to use a 15' truck - no advance notification was given to us so that we could make other arrangements. The closest other location to us was an hour away. Fortunately, we managed - but it was much more difficult, and we did NOT need the extra space. We will only rent in the future a u-haul truck if it is the last result.William J.

Person at the return location told me I had to do the check in process with her even though I did it on the phone and took the photos. Did not enjoy wasting my time doing things twice. If they have to inspect things with me why make me do it on the phone as well. Very disappointedDonald B.
