Elliott NI am not disappointed in the pickup location, they made it easy to get the truck and it was very well maintained. I am disappointed in the fact that when I made the reservation, I reserved the truck at the Inspirada location to make it so that it was close to my house. The day before we were set to pick the truck up and move a UHaul representative called to let me know we would have to use this pick up location- 30 mins from us. So yall know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to keep the reservation.

The trucks are ready when they’re supposed to be they’re clean and returning them after hours is so easy and convenient. However the best part is the customer service Elizabeth provides every time I rent a truck. She makes everything so easy . Yes I highly recommend 3UUU Events for all your truck rental needs. She’s the best.

Andrew BThe lady tried charging me for 2 gallons of gas, which I already put some gas in the vehicle. I only drove the pick up truck 13 miles so basically she’s saying that the truck only gets 6 miles to the gallon on a brand new Chevy pick up truck in order to charge me for 2 gallons of gas when I only drove 13 total miles the owner of this location is extremely shady and I plan on posting multiple negative reviews have some damn integrity U-Haul

Brian OIt started with the lady, Elizabeth greeting me. She ought to teach a class in customer service and knowledge of product. She was awesome and my experience was not the norm, from what I am used to at Uhaul. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Pleasant to deal with should be the norm as Elizabeth has set my expectation. The equipment followed by example. The norm was dented, bent, odd tires, squeaky, rattling. Not with Elizabeth. New truck with 4600 miles and a car transport that had no issues at all and was CLEAN!!! Wow imagine that. I’ll never use another Uhaul except for Elizabeth’s!

Theodore SThe owner was rude, overly political, and worst of all he continuously hit on me despite his own marriage or my own. This was disgusting and rigjt in front of my brother. He specifically share trash trucks go to CA and good ones to those he likes. Thank heavens my brother was wearing his navy vet hat and we received decent treatment. This was unprofessional and disgusting. Had i more time, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I'm also not convinced open-carry is the best policy at your place of business.

Ineisha HMy only complaint was I literally got out of my truck and came in and explained that the gas gauge was below half empty and when I return the truck after only driving 10 miles I was charged $30 for gas That’s my only complaint other than that everything there is excellent!

Paul WCorporate uhaul screwed me over bad, made me wait hours, made me take an uber to different locations, made me wait in the heat when I should’ve been ready to go. It wasn’t until this dealer helped me out in that exact moment, lady from this location is the reason it’s 5 stars

matthew sThe only problem was that the code I was given to the lock for mobile pick up was wrong and I sat there for over an hour on the phone trying to get help. Finally the location owner was able to help me but it was a huge waste of time and frustrating. In the end they were helpful and I’ll rent there again if there’s a need but I may not do mobile pick up again.

Mark DI'd recommend this location BUT I'd tell people to make sure the information given is actually correct. Being told one thing when confirming or booking only to arrive for the rental & being told another is really ANNOYING. The owner/manager was not rude about it but like many moving businesses definitely gives the attitude of "of well, this is how it is. Want the rental or not?" Moving can already be stressful & to have the excuses & the oh well attitude does not help. U-Haul is perfectly capable of having the correct information available so that what customers are being told is cohesive. Getting differing information is really REALLY ANNOYING! Also for the arm & leg that is being charged to rent a moving truck, update the dang radios!! The radio situation SUCKED!!!

Isidoro RAt time of renting a car hauling trailer, I was told specifically that my pickup would fit on the rental. It did not. I was unable to use the trailer. When I returned it, I got a shrug and a “sorry, not our fault…” No offer to refund, future credit or further assistance. Very disappointed and surprised how quickly blame was passed to UHaul. Not an acceptable way to do business! Shame on you, UUU!!
