The location is fine. I had requested a counter check-in but no one was in the office, so I pivoted pretty easily to app check-in. The app requires entering all the same info as when reserved online, which is a little frustrating. My biggest feedback is that the cargo van smelled like excrement. It was clear that it had not been cleaned between the last renter and me. I appreciated that it was newer (~10,000 miles) and everything worked well.

It was an easy check in and out. The only concern was I had were the breaks.. you had to push really hard to break the tuck, more than normal.

Bonnie HWe were made to wait for an extended period. There was no one there who knew how to check us out, even though we scheduled a time online to pick up. It was almost an hour wait. Then there were extra charges that were not listed on the website. There was a $100 "refundable" charge for using our debit card instead of a credit card. We only received $74 back. I was very displeased and will probably make different moving choices in the future based on the hidden charges alone.
