The size trailer I reserved was not available when I arrived because "the turn signal light was not working" so I had to rent a larger size trailer that I did not need for an additional $15. Then after declining the insurance it was added anyway. It was immediately refunded but the refund did not include the tax on the insurance. The equipment I used was fine.

WILLIAM PI reserved a 9' van for 10:30 am and when I arrived at the store, the van was already rented. I got a slightly larger truck for the same price. I had to clean out the truck before using it. The driver's seat had two 6 inch slices in it and there was only 3/4 tank of gas. The store associate was friendly and got me on my way quickly. I really appreciated that.
Keith AI didn’t care much for being told a bunch of different stuff by the person we picked it up from and it was kind of dirty but dropping it off here in Somerset and they were excellent and they corrected and fixed any problems. That’s the first one that I picked you up from told me what offers I had. I’ve bring it new multiple times and I’ll keep renting and I would always recommend U-Haul to anybody if you guys do make it easy and usually you try to help and you did this time when I dropped it off thank you God bless.

Steven CI will never rent from this location again. Very unprofessional. Not open when they say they are. Had me sign in a handwritten note for my contract. Took an incredibly long time to get the rental taken care of. Did not hook it up for me. Only took a picture of the hitch, did not check any of the wiring or lights. Creepy older guy running it. No restrooms available.

Manager didnt " see" our reservation we made and was confirmed we had for april 26th at 9am so when we arrived for our truck to use the 24/7 function it wouldnt work and store was closed until 12pm! When we got there he said he never " saw it and it was " technology fault" never apologized for the inconvenience he made our day of being over 3 hrs late and never even offered to make it right. Avoid this location at all cost!

charlie hMirrors on truck were dirty and lot is small it was tough pulling out the trailer and making and making a unturnnto leave out the lot with the 26 foot. I needed 24 moving blankets and they only had 6 so some of my furniture is scuffed.

john mTo improve, U-Haul must immediately investigate dealer Richard Wall at 411 Storage South for severe misconduct, harassment, and safety violations. After I returned truck DC 1639L immediately due to violent shaking and a Check Engine light (logged via Roadside Assistance and Customer Action File #5740766), this dealer sent threatening texts to my personal cell phone. He then finalized my contract with retaliatory, insulting remarks permanently printed on my official invoice. Even worse, in his official remarks, he admits in writing to taking a vehicle with an active, documented safety/engine dispute and immediately driving it '50, 60, even 70 miles per hr' without a corporate mechanic's inspection. This is a massive liability. I was charged $112.50 for a broken vehicle I had to immediately return. I expect a full refund and immediate corporate intervention regarding this location's practices.

Called to inquiry about receipt and was told to not worry about it will be OK….and then he left me a voice mail asking when I was returning a 26’ truck that I didn’t even rent. When I called him back he said , “oh, I know you don’t have that truck, it’s a nice day outside go enjoy it”.

Daniel YI unfortunately did not verify the gas when I left. We only went approx 28 miles and put 5 dollars gas in the van that is when it actually stopped. When I received a final bill there was a 30 dollar fuel charge and an additional 12.00 fuel surcharge. I feel like the rental place took advantage of me not verifying it. I also feel like this is stealing from me.
Kennington JI am very glad I chose this location to rent a 26 foot truck. I used this Uhaul location a few times while moving to Maryville from Wisconsin, the gentleman that assisted me during this process was very friendly and so helpful. He was very accommodating and made the whole process so simple and easy for me. I pretty much walked in and explained what I needed and then shortly recieved the keys and other things that I needed and drove off. And then the same gentleman assisted me when I returned and also made the return process quick and easy, and he always gladly answers the phone to assist me with special needs or questions.

Kitty CThe U-Haul was not cleaned out when I picked it up. I went at 1 PM and I had to wait till 130 for the guy to come back for lunch. Picked it up Friday about 130 then on Saturday I have loaded the U-Haul at night got up And the rear passenger tire had a flat. There was some sort of tear or something I had to wait till almost 2 o’clock before I can take my load I had rented movers had to move the time they were coming because they were supposed to come between one and two they charge me a fee to change it wasted all of Saturday or most of half the day not being able to move my stuff so I think I should get some sort of compensation or discount

Melinda HI registered online and selected not to have insurance. I was charged for the insurance when I picked up the truck from the local company. My fault for not realizing until after the service and requesting it to be removed. Would recommend others to check before signing and leaving. Location specifics aside, u-haul roadside service is an absolute joke. I got the truck stuck, again my fault, and the minimum charge is $450 in case of wenching. It could have been less but I refused to find out. Local company charged less than 50% for towing.
Brian MTruck we had reserved had not been brought back on time. They did give us a smaller truck to use but it was necessary to return it after only 5 hours of use due to our schedule. We had to pay over $80.00 for the five hours. We were advised that the truck, same as reserved was set for a Florida reservation, but never moved over the past 24 hours. Operator advised that they would call when the truck did return but we never got a call or chance to rent another truck. While driving by the location last night and tonight, there were two trucks of the type we hoped to rent still sitting there. Never got any call offering another truck.
connie aAlthough I never dealt with the staff however I picked the truck up at my usual pick up time after I did the pick up online I noticed the low tire light was on. Upon check the front left tire had only 20 lbs of air and was almost flat. I spent $2.00 putting air in the tire at the Weigel’s close by. The next morning it was low again so I put more air in the tire. When I return the vehicle earlier than scheduled I took the key into the store and let them know the front left tire I had to put air in it twice in less than 24 hours the person at the desk said “yeah we have been having trouble with that tire” now if this were the case why was I giving a vehicle I have to perform maintenance on and spend more money putting air in it twice. It’s $4 but yes I shouldn’t have to do this if “they knew” it needed to be fixed. I rented from this location before with no issues but it looks like I will be driving further away next time since this one was maintained properly and could have become a nightmare had it gone flat while I was driving. I only rated this poor because of the extra stuff and money I had to spend to take care of something I shouldn’t have.

TONY TDon’t trust the website, it indicated the location was open, when it wasn’t. Consequently, couldn’t go into the location. Conveniently located off a US highway, but unfortunately it was very busy and dangerous to pull into lot. Offer a discount when returning the equipment prior to reservation and cleaner than it was picked up.
