While the location was fine with regards to expectations; however, U-Haul changed my pickup location to this location (over 60 miles from my reservation location) and then had the nerve to charge me for more than 50 extra miles.

Some lady came out and kindly asked me to repark the Uhaul because the parking spot I parked it was located near to where they dump grease. She was nice enough to provide an alternative location so I won't fault her, I get shes got a business to run. Navigating the Uhaul app at the return location was a living hell. I eventually just gave up, took multiple pictures of my parked Uhaul with the key drop box in view and dropped the key off. This app is total garbage. I ended up just calling the facility I originally rented the truck from and told them I dropped off the truck.
