Literally a gas station/corner store out in the country. It was 45 minutes away from my destination. Extremely inconvenient. Also was not notified beforehand that this was my drop off location. Had to call and ask. Please do better next time
ANDREW B.I was charged for fuel. I filled the tank to the specific mark that was on my paperwork when it was picked up. I have pics of paperwork and the fuel gauge for proof.
LARRY H.If the mileage is set at 99c a mile and I only traveled 11 miles, why was I charged $17.42?? It doesn't add up!! That seems like a bogus lie!! Then, obviously I need to watch everything I do if that's how that's gonna be. Just saying.
HECTOR P.The truck was not cleaned. There were old food wrappers and old food on the floor of truck interior. And the back compartment had not been swept out. I had to sanitize steering wheel and all places i planned to touch and the wipe came back pretty dirty. The attendant was pleasant and helpful, but was working alone. if he had help the truck may have been cleaned up properly..

The trailer i rented got a flat and due to the Location i was in there were no uhaul places so i had to stop from time to time to air up the tire i called the Location to tell them what was going on and that because of the tire issue that i would be a little late getting the trailer returned. Was informed that because i was going to be late regardless of the reason that i would be charged for an additional day of rental so since my home was closer than the rental place i kept it till morning. Wont be renting from them again.

ROBERT M.The passenger side of the truck had mud prints. The equipment we ordered wasn't with the truck. The clerk in the store had no idea how to check us out. It should have taken 5 minutes to check out, but took over 30 and I still had to call uhaul to get everything straightened out.
