Ray HevnerPrice gouging is terrible. I rented a U-Haul to go up to New York from Florida and it was $160 for 5x8. On the way back for the same trailer it was $800 from New York to Florida. That’s well over 500% mark up. Trash

JOHN PALMISANOI rented a trailer. The tires were at 40 psi even though the lettering on the side of the tires indicated that the recommended cold pressure was 65 psi. I have an air compressor at home so I pumped them up. One of the side marker lights did not work.
Thomas HarruffHad issues with my reservation being changed last minute and being sent to pick up a truck an hour away and having to call 3 times to fix issues with the changed reservation. A little more notice would have been helpful. Or trying to compensate for the extra time and money I spent to pick up the truck at a different location than I made the reservation for 2 weeks prior.

THOMASPAUL QUARTIERI requested a 15 ft didn’t have gave me a 20ft and told me was going to give me a discount due to not having the 15ft that didn’t happen. I requested a hand cart and was charged and there was NO hand cart. I was charged over $300 and I am not happy!!!

The closest location to me was not able to obtain the unit that I had reserved, so I was not pleased about that 1 and 1/2 hour timeframe to get the unit. I had given well over a week of notice, but still was not able to be accommodated to my satisfaction. Not the fault of the closer facility.

The procedure to drop off online was confusing the codes did not work for me so I left the trailer and text the location I rented and sent pictures, 2 days later I received a email letting me know the drop was all good.
