I would recommend the abay location to a friend however, I reserved the truck from the evans mills location and it got transferred to abay which is 25 miles from my house. They did give me free mileage for this but it was a little inconvenient to drive the extra 30 minutes from my house one way. Also I reserved a 15' truck and ended up with a 10' so I had to make extra trips with a van and suv to get my things. Also the drop off was confusing with being told I had to go to the website and then called and was told I didn't have to visit the website. Also I was given a truck with no signal lights working in the rear and was pulled over by police. Not very convenient while trying to move my belongings. Thankfully, I didn't receive a ticket or my experience would have been even worse. I have used uhaul multiple times and this was my worst experience by far. Disappointing for the amount of money spent. Also, people at the Watertown location were kind of rude when attempting to get the 15' truck I had reserved. I was also told I would receive $15 off for getting a 10' truck instead and I never received that discount. Overall, not impressed.
