If you've never been there before, it might seem hard to find. Be sure to look for the signs that take you up the hill. You'll see all the trucks for rent. The office is small but the staff is helpful and kind.Tyler Keaton J.

Had a few problems with the truck the back light you had to hit it to get it turn on the high beams didn't work but I wasn't driving tonight so I didn't need them and the emergency brake the handle wouldn't release very well but the people there are always nice and friendly I like this location it's located pretty close to me. Unfortunately the first time I had to drive away to Bridgeport to get a truck cuz your app didn't show me the one in Hopewell it's the only one that did have trucks in Fairmont I want them wasn't even there anymoreTimothy Wayne R.

The young lady working the office had amazing customer service skills. It's obvious she knows her job and cares about the customer and the equipment. There was a lot of snow on the ground and she had the trailer I rented completely cleaned off and ready when I got there. Great inventory of available vehicles and trailers. The ONLY (almost) bad part is the location - it's up a big hill and not a lot of maneuvering room on the lot, but if you can drive worth anything, you shouldn't have any problems.Michael Clayton C.

This was the absolute worst establishment when it came to customer service. I am new to moving and have not used U-Haul much so I have a lot questions and concerns. I called a few times and whoever was working the front counter was extremely rude and kept telling me to refer to our contract for any questions I had. I am sorry that I am in the middle of guiding a 26-27 ft truck around Morgantown, I can't really check my phone right now. I should be able to call an establishment and ask certain questions without them making me feel like I'm an idiot. I work in customer service so I am really understanding and kind when I call with any questions. This woman's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. Before even receiving the truck the first truck we were given had an oil leak and the entire process of getting a new truck took off almost 40 minutes from our reservation. Aside from the service, this lot is on a literal mountain and I had to put my vehicle in 4 wheel drive in order to just get up the hill to get the U-Haul. THEN, I was double charged on my credit card by this establishment which I am hoping is just an accident and will be resolved soon. Overall this establishment made the process of buying our first home and moving more stressful and upsetting then it needed to be. I picked this place because it was the one closest to our new home and I promise it was a mistake.avery F.

The location is out of the way on a hill. The attendant was very helpful and the equipment in excellent condition. We were on our way in less than 30 mins.Raymond H.
Make sure staff is on the same page. I had a young lady assured me there would not be any additional charges however there were, and the guy that I spoke with said there wasn't anything he could do it was all U-Haul I really don't mind paying the additional but the issue was one employee ensuring no additional charges would occur and that happenEd anyway Everything else was great I just really don't appreciate being lied to!richard L.

The approval process when picking up the truck was long. I would have expected an approval process before we arrived to pick up the truck. It took an easy 25 minutes to finally get approval to take the truck from the site. Thanks!Richard C.

Open on time - they opened twenty minutes late and I was paying my movers by the hour, so I had to pay for that time. They also gave them a truck with the brake lights on and another issue, so they had to turn back and get another truck. I had to pay for that extra time as well. This delay also caused the movers to run past five o'clock, so I had to pay for an extra day as well. Based on this experience, I would rent from ANY of your competitors before choosing UHAul again.Joan D.
The road into the place is in disrepair and is really only accessible for trucks and other four wheel drive vehicles. There is no waiting room or bathroom facilities.Lynn Morse B.

The customer service person forgot to give us the blankets we asked for. When we realized it, we called and asked to have that charge removed from the bill. I have rented a UHaul from this location on 3 separate occasions and have always found staff to be courteous and determined to see that my experience was always good.George Steve T.
At the last minute, I was notified to pick up the trailer at a location some 20+ miles away from where I reserved it almost a week earlier. As a result, I had to engage in a 40+ mile round trip to pick up a trailer the dealer had 4 days to retrieve. They finally granted me a small discount for the inconvenience when I called customer service to complain, however, the customer service here is obviously a secondary consideration to any pre-planning or inconvenience t being born by the dealerships. When I reserve a trailer at a location near my home, I expect to pick up there trailer when I reserved it, not in a totally different city 20+ miles away. In addition, the email notification as to where to pick up the trailer and when, I was directed to pick it up after 10:00 p.m. when the business would have been closed. Fortunately I called to inquire about these circumstances and was ultimately told that the pick up point would have been closed at 10:00 p.m. and I would have had to then perform another round trip of over 40+ miles, including delaying significantly, the trip I had planned and rented the trailer for in the first place. This is unheard of in other businesses where there may be more options for the consumer. If U-Haul were not a veritable monopoly, doing business like this would result in it going out of business.Gerald Herbert C.
