Mike BWhen I pulled out of the U-Haul location with this truck, it was immediately obvious that something was wrong with the front end. The entire front cab was shaking so badly that it was difficult to even speak normally while driving. The shaking became much worse once we reached around 40 mph, and we were unable to safely drive much faster than that. This truck should have been repaired before being rented out for our move. Very disappointed. Rating: 0 out of 10.

Nellie DTrailer had multiple leaks which damaged half of my belongings. Had to contact Uhaul to file a claim. The location and personnel at both pickup and drop off locations were fantastic, but the equipment had issues.

ROBERT JRented a 5x9 open trailer with ramp, unfortunately the trailer , once loaded is unable to be detached from the tow vehicle because there is no tongue jack! Also there is no means to lock the trailer to the tow vehicle….now I have a brand new $8 lock I purchased from the rental site that’s useless to me☹️

JOSEPH GThe location and the people that run it are excellent, however, the U Haul app was a complete failure at this location. I made the reservation well in advance of the move. While making the reservation, I was informed that I could pick up the truck at any time if I used the app. Great! I'll do that! Showed up at 7:30 am and the app would not allow me to pick up the truck despite the fact that I changed the reservation to 24/7 pickup. Had to call a number so I could have a text conversation and explain this. They were able to get the app to begin the pickup process but about 3 steps into the process the app asked to scan location barcode. I looked everywhere for a location barcode, nowhere to be found. Another call and text conversation, finally spoke to a human, with no success and also got disconnected. I ended up leaving and coming back at 10am when the location was staffed with a real person. This gentleman was a great help and apologized profusely. It wasn't his fault. This was a U Haul app failure all the way.

JOHN SFrom booking the reservation to utilizing the after hour drop off feature couldn’t have been easier. Very helpful staff. However, the truck itself, although clean,, seemed to need some maintenance as it didn’t run smoothly. Could be just the age of the truck. The rental process was excellent! Thank you!
