My information was not going through so I went inside the location for help. The representative told me he did not work for uhaul and to fuck off. I was in shocked. I have never been insulted by a customer service representative before. I asked him why was he mad and giving me attitude, which he replied that he did not work for uhaul and he did not have to deal with me.Jonathan B.

There was a clear disconnect between the online ordering experience and the rest of my rental. When I submitted the order, I chose inside pickup but when I arrived the store clerk immediately gave an attitude about how it wasn't her job and she had nothing to do with truck rentals and I had to call someone else to deal with it. So then I go back outside and have to sit on hold for 15 minutes while also trying to figure out how to redo my truck rental for mobile app pickup. The verification process for that was redundant to what I already submitted with the online order and took longer than it should have. The truck was fine but nearly empty on gas which wasn't a big issue for me since I had a short trip to use it for. Return process was simple enough.Nicolas O.

We were charged for more time because the app didn't check us out. Even though the guy at the counter knew we dropped off the keys, we were still charged for 2 days. We only used the truck 3 hours. Spoke with customer service and they did nothing. Horrible experience and now we got stuck with a bill way over what it was supposed to be.Mark S.
The attendant at the pick-up location at 4021 SW 47th Avenue / Davie, FL 33314 was very rude and abrupt. I didn't feel welcome at all and in fact I left the facility in a very agitated manner. I definitely would not recommend to anyone else to use this location because of him. He made it clear that he "didn't work for U-Haul and he didn't work for me" . I was VERY INSULTED" !!!!!Ted M.

No one at site, no instructions no nothing. It took over 45 minutes to achieve a simple check in. I will never use this particular location ever again. Unless Uhaul goes back to having humans on location I will all together skip renting anything from Uhaul again.Carina A.
Rudest person I've ever dealt with at a Uhaul. I told him no insurance but was told if I didn't want it I couldn't get the truck. Also was terrible when I dropped it off he wouldn't check it in he said he was busy but was just playing on his phone.Gary S.

Management appears to be very shady at this location. The gentleman assured us there was a ramp and that he only has one truck that he rents. We checked prior to leaving, there was no ramp. He said he thought it would have one...it's his only truck, he would know I am sure. I submitted my request for a very basic truck received a quote for about 34 dollars online, returned to an 86 dollar charge, management somehow added insurance add-ons to my bill?? Quick way to make money when a customer rents a truck for after hours drop off. Would not reccomend this at all ever again. Very shady folks here.maham S.

The person at the rental facility had NO customer service skills and need training. In addition, he did not provide any rental documentation besides the truck green sheet; I had to call uhaul customer service for my rental agreement to be emailed. However, the customer service rep. was the BEST!!ANGEL R.
They only have one truck so I would not recommend. But the main reason myy experience was poor is because you guys charged me for insurance without even asking me. I have full coverage insurance and I don't need your insurance but you charged me anyway and the lady at A+ mini storage said she couldn't take it off because corporate did it when I called for the reservation. There was no equipment other than the truck. I had ordered furniture pads and furniture dollies when I picked up the truck they had to remove the items as they were not available. The truck was not inspected or the would have seen the tire pressure warning that was flashing in the cab.Tracy B.
It took over 30 minutes to process my credit card. Then they over charged me $14.00 on my card. This location does not have a machine to process credit card payments, so they had to call another office to process the payment.Victor O.

After I made a reservation I was told someone would call me in an hour. I waited two hours and decided to call and was redirected multiple times by uhaul customer service and had to call again before I was given the location of the truck I reserved. When I picked up the truck it had no lock for the rear door to secure my possessions also the gas meter was lower than what was stated in the vehicles condition report. Lastly, I asked the staff member at A plus storage where I would drop off the truck and he told me to bring it back to his location which was wrong.David N.

We were accused by someone who said he was the owner that equipment was missing from inside the truck, when we did not ask for any items and did not have any items within the truck when rented. This location gave us such a hard time that we've never had before renting from U-Haul. We will NEVER rent from this location again.DeSha B.

The person from this location was the only nice person that helped me yesterday. I asked him to help me because I was so tired and dizzy trying to drive to several different locations I was told to go but it has been a lousy service, the rudeness of a personnels name Irma and Erika and Chiristin on the phone is uncalled for. If they can't provide a decent customer service at least then quit or get fired because the customers you all have are customers who already have difficulty and having a very stressful situation moving from one place to another then added by your bad service is very frustrating. Thank God for this very nice gentleman at A+ mini storage who rented me a truck at least. I was able to move my stuff partly because it was very late in the afternoon.ROSITA S.

I would like get refun for the charge, here is the reason one they send me Pembroke Pines to Davie after I make my reservation in Pembroke Pines and they send me at the last Minute to do the pic up there at 4021 47 ave in davie 33314. I had a dolly on my reservation. The lady said they didn't have one for me. There was one in the store she said I couldn't have it because it was for in town only and I was going out of town. I said can't you get another one, I live on the third floor and really need it to move. She said too Bad. I asked if I could just rent it to load and return it before I left she refused. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I do not recommend this location. I went to uhaul on university and johnson st. to get a dolly. The manager there rented me one with no problem. He said they get equipment all the time he had no idea why she didn't give me a dolly that was on my contract. Go to this location instead much better customer service. avoid A plus mini storage at all cost.VICTOR M.

The people here were very rude. They were not at all helpful. They were insisting that we could not drop off the vehicle at there facility. I showed them the HIGHLIGHTED address that U-Haul In Gainesville gave on the paperwork. They said it doesn't matter you can't drop it off here period. I asked them if they would call Gainesville to work this out, they refused. So being upset at this point I told them that I did exactly what I was told and wasn't taking it anywhere else. Then after a half hour or so they gave me a signed release, but weren't happy about it. I also told them that I went over on the miles and was willing to pay. They said DON"T WORRY ABOUT IT, It was close enough and today I get a notice that $4 was charged to my credit card for excess mileage. It seems as if everything I was told was not accurate. Very bad experience all around. Poor vehicles to saying one thing and doing another is definitely a good business practice!!!ROBERT M.
