The truck was not cleaned before I received it. How could I tell... There were muddy footprints in the cab. Also in the back, there were 5 sacks of UHaul blanket bundles, a UHaul dolly, and a UHaul appliance mover. I rented 2 bags of blankets and an appliance mover. Seriously, if I were not such an honest person, I could have stolen the items in the back of the truck. Also, the lady did tell me to take photos of the truck before I left the lot. What she failed to mention is that she sent me a link to upload photos of the truck to UHaul. I wish the truck was completely filled upon bringing it back. I had to make a stop in a truck that I was not familiar with. Filling it up at the end would give a person comfort with driving it and getting it ready for the next person to rent. Communication is lacking at this place. I will not be renting from this place again. Sorry to say I have had nothing but issues with my rental. Not the truck, but the rental dates. I first went to my local UHaul and put in my order on 7-14. Not only did the person helping me enter the wrong pickup date, but I also found out 3 days prior that my truck was down for maintenance and wasn't sure if it would be available. Call the 1-800 UHaul line... person was excellent and she spent time with me finding another truck in my area. When I went to pick up my truck, the person put in the system that I would be dropping my truck off at 4:30a, not 4:30p in Hillard.

Person made original reservation with said this size truck would contain what was in our 10x10 storage unit. It was not. We had to make two trips.
