Close this store. Too many mistakes made, overcharging, workers just not paying attention to returns and cost me $250 in backdraft fees cause they logged my return in wrong but refunded me $190.00 but not my overdraft fees. I will never use this store again. Not pleased at all.Twaunte K.
I never used the the storage unit because I changed my mind and when I asked for a refund on my deposit I was told by the attendant that the manager was on vacation and he wouldn’t be back for a while. Then when I explained my situation to the attendant that was working , he was able to contact the manager by phone. I explained to the manager that I changed my mind on renting the unit that I never even used nor did I ever place a padlock on the door. The manager was extremely hostile in his explanation as to why I couldn’t receive my refund back and even though he was only on the phone I still felt extremely threatened and in fear because of his attitude towards me. Then once I explained to him that I never even used the unit he asked the attendant when did I rent the unit and the attendant explained to him that it was Saturday. The manager then said because 24 hours had passed even though I never used the unit nor placed a padlock on the door I wasn’t entitled to a refund. When I explained to the manager that I couldn’t return within the 24 hour period because the facility was closed on Sunday he hung up the phone on me. But before the manager hung up on me he stated that it is written in the contact that after 24 hours there are no refunds, but I read the contact 3 times and no where in the contract does it state no refunds after or before a 24 hour period. Like I said I never even used the storage unit nor did I place a lock on the door and had the facility been open on Sunday I would have met that 24 hour period. So because they were closed and he lied about a 24 hour clause in the contract I couldn’t receive my refund. I wasn’t trying to get the 15 dollar application fee back because it clearly states in the contract agreement that it’s none refundable. The manager acted as if he was extremely prejudice and racist towards me and treated me very rudely. I’m telling all my friends and relatives about your place of business and I will be talking with my attorney,seeking legal counsel about the contract and how your manager lied just to prevent me from getting my refund back. The assistant who was there will also confirm everything that was stated by the manager. Owner had not checked that furniture dolly was in the truck. I ordered a utility dolly and was given a very heavy and difficult to use appliance dolly. He said "I'm just a drop off and pick up site" and took no ownership.William M.

We had reservations for weeks at this location and when we went to pick up our truck a woman met us at the door and said they were closed and we could not pick up a truck there. She gave us the wrong directions to another uhaul place and they didn't have any truck for us so finally they sent us to a storage place (A storage USA) and after many glitches we got a truck but no appliance dolly as we had asked for. I ordered online and your dealer mysteriously added another charge to my bill!! I never once ordered safecare for $14!! I would appreciate if you refunded that money to me!! Are truck rental broke down 1/2 mile from my drop off location. It really wasn't a big deal one of the radiator hoses clamps came on off and spilled radiator fluid on the ground, we were able to fix the problem ourself and Return the truck to the facility. Our biggest problem was no one was willing to call us back.john B.

The attendant was very rude and mentioned several times that he had somewhere he needed to be. I went to the location that I had arranged, but was sent to this location. The attendant accused me of being late and that I "should have read the small print" that says U-Haul can change the pickup location. I may use U-Haul again, but will NEVER go back to that location.William C.

I was running behind in getting moved, so I received a call from this location and wasn't able to hear my phone, so the person left a very nasty voicemail demanding that I have the truck dropped off immediately. About ten minutes later, I received a second call from another person who told me that I needed to drop the truck off and told me at least three times that, next time, I need to make sure to check my contract for drop-off time and that I will be charged an extra day. I understood that people might be waiting for the truck, so I don't need to get called so I can waste more time listening to someone trying to chew me out and waste more time.Nathan M.

The agents working were wonderful. I needed a truck to pick up cabinets right away. This was the only location with a 15' truck available. Everything was explained in detail and I was very pleased with the entire process. I look forward to using this company again.angela M.

I called uhaul to change my scheduled date. The girl changed the time as well. I wasn't told until my proxy picked up the truck that it could not be changed because someone was scheduled to pick up the truck after me. I called customer service and was told I would have to have the truck back on time or face additional fees. I was charged this after I was 45 min late. I was yelled at hung up on and downright rude too. I will post on social media that uhaul does not care about acquiring customers did not care about my experience or the customer after me.ARTHUR L.

When the person working told me to sign the paper I asked him if everything checked out o.k. he said everything was fine. I then signed the paper without reading it. When I got into my car I took a look at my reciept and I was charged $15.00 for extra gas used. I went back to him and asked him why he didnt inform me of the overage that was charged to my credit card before I signed the paper and he sarcasticly said I would have to take it up with U Haul. H sould have informed me he was going to put a charge on my credit card before I signed the paper. I could have put the gas in myself and saved money plus I have a right to know if someone is going to put a charge on my credit card. That person was rude and unprofessional.john H.
