I got behind on my storage Sunday call and ask if I can get my storage I was declined so I called asked manager declined and I was with them for more than 2 years I caked up with the money and they would not let me get my storage I lost a lot of things. No compassion or anything and I gave them more than 2 years of business with this company no value and they loyal tenant don’t get behind because old national did not work with me and getting my things

They charged me 213 dollars for renting the van for one day !!! An charged me for 2 days when I returned it in one day exactly. I would never rent from this location again

The truck was clean, but there was a big tear in the seat. It was also a really old truck, so no power windows or door locks and the rear view mirror on the driver's side needed adjusting every time we started, so that made it annoying. The rental facility was fine - good customer service (the agent was very nice).

have the right vehicles and/or equipment on hand. expand one way rentals. all seem to want keep them at the same site . milage per mile price is to high. esp once you get above 100 miles

The service and personnel at A1 were excellent and very accommodating. The only suggestion would be to give a brief in-person overview of the truck, it's features, and tips on driving it.

U-Haul was on E when I got it, had to use the rest of my money on gas, ridiculous the people before should have had made sure that the U-Haul was atleast a quarter filled up. And the back door is rusty or jammed, couldn’t close it all the way down and I couldn’t push it all the up to open

Horrible. Passenger seat belt was not working! And some rubber was removed from the door panel on the passenger side and was laid front of the seat. Furniture pads were not given even after I ordered them, causing my furniture scratches all over! Worst experience!

No dolly even though I requested one . This caused delay and frustration needing to call around and find a dolly and then drive to another location to rent a dolly using mileage that I have to pay for.

The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The truck was clean but with over 170K miles it was VERY disconcerting to drive. Had problems shifting between gears and accelerating with persistent rattling noises and loose steering. If we had had to drive more than the 15 total miles we did, I would have taken it back and asked for another truck.

Clean the windshield. I couldn't see at all once the sun started glaring. Also, the cashier needs to stop judging people. Her condescending tone was highly unprofessional and insulting. I would never use this location ever again!

There was a “right tire pressure low” warning. When we told the sales person, she states that they weee waiting for maintenance person to come )seems it had been a warning for a. While). She said to take it and not put air in the tire.

The manager and staff at A1 Storage are accomodating, budget friendly, and very courteous. They had several dfferent business cards of local movers that were inexpensive and very attentive. Great combination of services that met our needs perfectly!

The sales associate was very rude and impatient. She was agitated when I asked questions or needed clarification when I was picking the truck up. When I returned the car she was even more agitated and told me she was doing something in the back room and did not have time to attend to me. I encourage management to review the video tapes of November 12 2025 from 4:00 to 4:45 to see the type of customer service she provided

The attendant stated the 26 ft truck had 1/2 tank of fuel when it was actually 1/3 of a tank. I filled the tank directly after picking up the truck. it's a big tank. twenty something dollars in the tank before it passed the 1/2 tank .

The only small issue that I would recommend would to fix the passenger side outside mirror so it can be adjusted. I may few attempts and it only moved right back to it base position.

When I made my reservation online, the online portal allowed me to reserve a handtruck and furniture, dolly. When we picked up the van, they were not in there. We didn’t realize it till later so, we returned only to learn that that location doesn’t have that equipment. I’m confused why the online portal allowed me to reserve a hand truck and furniture dolly at this location if they don’t provide that. I also prepaid for those items so I would like a refund on those, but moving furniture without a dolly and handtruck was extremely difficult. So, this made my move way more hard than it needed to be.

I wish the agent would have given me instructions about the truck. How to pull out of the space. This was extremely difficult. Additionally, I did not know what I did not know. I needed a lock for my truck. That was necessary information. I was given keys and that was all. I needed to be treated like someone who never rented a truck before because that was my circumstance.

Would sell lock with longer shackle. The lock sold was very hard to use. Also should ask if we have additional drivers. Contract is very specific on who can drive the truck.

No improvements, the pick up through the app was very detailed and easy. I like this process. I haven't rented a u-haul in a while but I will say I like that they have added the camera on the rear view mirror.

Person at dropoff was very nice. Great location. We did have the leak inside the truck which caused a lot of our items to get wet.
