This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a U-Haul. It wasn't ready when I came for my pickup and although I requested a store with a rep at a counter, they sent me to a place where mobile pickup was the only option which pushed us back substantially which pushed back our drop off time because we were left moving all night. No one answered to help me extend my rental until a man called, very rude and ultimately charged my card without my consent, even after explaining the situation. Beyond disappointed in the whole experience and next time we will hire movers with a truck accessible to avoid using U-Haul again. Ultimately, I've gotten all moved in and returned the truck with no issues. I'll never use this location again.
