Burke FI had problems with the truck but I feel that it was not the fault or the ability of the location to control. When I addressed the issues at return with them I felt they handled it professionally and I was satisfied.

carl kThe only time for a reservation was 4:45 pm even though the store is open until 11:00 pm, I needed the truck at 5:45 pm and was charged a late fee for arriving late and rented the truck for three hours so it needed to be returned by 7:45, but since I was an hour behind I returned the truck just before 8:45 pm and was charged for being late returning. Why can't I just reserve for 5:45 pm? The store is open past that time. Also I put fuel in the tank until the needle was back on the 'full' mark, but was also charged for fuel on my bill. TL;DR I was way overcharged, $170.00 for 3 hours and less than 30 miles
Ryan OFirst truck had check engine light, I had to take it to NAPA to have checked out; catalyst problem. I was given a different truck and all was good. I believe it was Jessica that helped me and she was very professional and nice.
Ronda HUhaul counter staff were efficient, courteous and professional, which I appreciated. A very minor inconvenience was having to allow gas station customers to make food & drink purchases, interrupting my rental transaction paperwork with the agent - this is more of an observation than a complaint. My rental van was low mileage and worked great.

MICHAEL WThe defrost fan did not work it was 20 degrees when I picked up the truck and could not get the windows defrosted. The check engine light was on when I picked up the truck. This is the second truck I’ve rented (different location) that was not in good running condition. I probably will not rent from Uhaul again.
Gary Jasked for an appliance hand truck when i booked truck and did not receive with truck. attendant was busy with customers at gas station and wasnt able locate one. turned out ok. convenient phone checkout and return. truck ran well.

And the worst part is I use you guys pretty regularly refer everyone to you guys not anymore.nid rather pay penske fees and just go that route.
