I do not remember the name of the precious lady that helped me, but she has AMAZING customer service skills!!
janice kAll went well but just a couple of issues worth mention. Mechanically, I think the truck I used has an exhaust leak or something as there was a constant tapping in the engine. The other, when trying to use our card the payment would never go though although the card is in good standing. Spent probably 30 minutes going through do-overs in the system. Not the fault of Melody who works there. Finally decided to use a different card and it finally worked.
BoB PI absolutely love Ms. Melody! She is like a breath of fresh air. She is courteous and kind, and she makes each rental experience quick and easy. I definitely recommend using this location to anyone with a need.
Lita WMel was friendly and helpful. A pleasure to meet. The system was slow/down so she used her cell phone to get me on the road.

Dean HI had to move items from our business location to a storage unit locally. This location provided great service. Setting up the reservation was a snap. The truck was ready and waiting for me at my scheduled pickup time. It was very clean, and did the job we needed it to do. Checkin was also a breeze.

AMY MWe experienced a "blowout" on our way. Perhaps the maintenance checks could include rating tires on trailers for wear or indications of potential failure or even tracking total mileage.

LARSON HThe 26ft truck I rented drove ruff it, jerked like it was hesitating in certain gears and I could feel every bump and rock on the road. On the door of the truck it says "drives like a van hauls like a truck." No it drives like a Ford truck. Try buying a Chevrolet they ride smoother.

TAMMIE BI had to rent from this facility in Brenham because U-Haul offered me a discount if I chose to rent from this location. It was 45 minute drive from my house but the discount savings was significant enough to drive there.

TERRI SIt was an older vehicle without some comfort features like any audio input, which made our cross country trip a little dull. But the equipment was good, the staff that called us were great. We didn’t really go into the location, but app pick up was smooth.

RANDY WI rented a 6’x12’ trailer. When I picked the trailer up, the running lights did not work. The brake lights and blinkers worked but none of the lights worked for driving at night. It was obvious that the lights had not worked for quite some time but had never been inspected or maintained. I was not happy but I had no other option but to take the trailer. I was told that there were no other trailers available and I could take it as is or cancel my reservation. My question to the manager was “Am I expecting too much by expecting the lights to work when it is a state law for them to work?” I had to drive the trailer back at night with no lights that worked on it.
