I was charged for early return of the truck even tho I checked it in online. The manager is very rude. There is no lightning at this facility for dropping off at night. It's a very dark and poor maintained location.Dianne L.

Equipment was clean. All tires had low tread. Right front tire lost about 1lb of pressure per hour. A few times between 50 and 60 MPH the front end developed a very strong shimmy. Once it was so bad it was scary.Michael T.

This comment is regarding the U-Haul system, and not the location. I requested to turn in the 15-foot DC truck at Spicewood Hardware. I was called by U-Haul dispatch Friday morning informing me that their lot was full and I needed to turn in the truck at AAA Self Storage in Dripping Springs. I stopped by Spicewood Hardware the evening of 12 November, and they had space for the truck, but I drove it on to Dripping Springs. If you need equipment relocated because it is piling up at a popular location, you should incentivize your customers to take another hour out of their day for your convenience and offer a discount for the customer's inconvenience.LEIGH C.

The uhaul had a lot of trash inside of it. Used wipes, napkins, a Gatorade bottle, crayons and a chick fil a cup. That was very disappointing. I gave 4 stars because the lady behind the counter was friendly and other than the truck being filled with trash, it was in good working condition. We did take some pictures of requested.Patricia M.

I booked the truck a month in advance for a different location closer to home, yet U-Haul sent me across town to pick the truck up and then charged me for the extra mileage.Logan H.
Staff didn't explain that I needed to do a survey of the condition of the rental before I left with it. I asked for an appliance dolly and was told she didn't know if they had one. Before I'd pay for the rental I asked for the clerk to confirm before I paid. I got attitude before she confirmed. When I brought the truck back, I was accosted by a person claiming to work at the facility complaining I parked â€œin the wrong placeâ€. That I'd have to fold up the blankets that I had paid the fee to have done for me, and once again the failure of the rental clerk to explain drop off instructions left me guessing where to park and guessing on how to return the rental. Too much attitude from employees. Unwelcome and unprofessional. Will take my business somewhere else.Jon T.

The location was great but the experience with the self service side was awful. Nothing worked and ended up having to cancel the reservation. Luckily we showed up later than expected and someone was actually there to help usWILLIAM S.
I reserved a dolly with my rental equipment. When I got there to pickup the truck and dolly, there was no dolly available. I wished that someone had of called me before hand to let me know that there was no dolly available.Smauel W.

I booked the Uhaul for a week but finished with it in 4 days and returned it 2 1/2 days early and they still charged me the same amount of money. Actually the tacked on $200 for gas for mileage. I think they should have taken off money for returning it 2 days early because they can then rent it out again. That is not good Customer service on their part.chris A.

Used to use only this location - was rudely greeted when the Uhaul app did not work for me at the location - older lady was rude - gentlemen that was much nicer called me back to finish what the app did not do - but van was dirty and with COVID - would have liked it to at least be wiped down - we did the cleaning since my employees would be using it. The one complaint I have is on the contract it states there was a full tank of gas and when I did my walk around there was only half a tank.James D.
I realize there is only one person on duty at this location, but it's a little inconvenient having to wait outside the locked office door, which we had to do for about 10 minutes each time, when picking up the truck and returning the truck. Also, the truck was returned on the same day as rental at 6:15 (when the attendant finally came to the door), and not at 7:56 a.m. on 08/29/2020 as the receipt reflects. Other than those minor irritations, the service, process and equipment were great!William M.
The location was fine and the people very pleasant. The problem is with Uhaul changing the location of my pickup at the last minute. It was very inconvenient. I know you notified me text a day before, however when you make a reservation to pickup a month in advance I can't see why the pickup place was not honored.JULIE C.
