The truck was disgusting on the inside. There was trash left in the cup holders. I ordered a dolly and was told there wasn't any left so to contact Uhaul to get a refund or find another Uhaul. The truck was a one way truck. They knew where our drop off location was yet the truck wasn't inspected at all. The battery died after 7 hours leaving us stranded at a gas station. Do better.

The location is sketchy as hell. Trucks are parked in a gravel yard next to what looks like an abandoned warehouse. There is no signage. There is no one onsite. The truck was dirty and the middle seat had a faulty seatbelt. The gasket kept falling off the driver's side door. We left the truck considerably cleaner than when we picked it up. Drop off instructions on the app did not match the instructions given verbally over the phone. One good thing: whoever it was who talked us through it on the phone when we picked it up was very nice. No complaints about him.
