How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was switched to this place and I am not displeased about it. The place where I picked it up could not have made it more easy. The keys were available, the truck was clean and easily accessible and the guy I worked with was super helpful and efficient.

Jen TThe initial issues were that the app was not working, supposedly. I did receive help, but only after mulitple phone calls. I was not comfortable leaving a message as the voicemail stated “leave a message” and that is it - no reassurance it is the right business number. Then, I never received a text for a code to get the key. If I hadn’t been on the phone, I may never have been able to take the truck. The entire pickup process took more than 30 minutes. The vehicle had been wiped down, but has deep and dirt and debris throughout. Empty bottles under the seat and old ashes in the ash tray. Additionally, the truck ran very poorly on the open road, making my wife and I both nervous we would complete the move. Finally, when I returned to the location, I was locked out. Once again I had to call someone to give me instructions and open the large gates myself, to park the Uhaul truck and get my vehicle back. There is too much competition with better service on the market than to have to go through this with Uhaul. We are no longer customers of Uhaul and will never recommend them to anyone.
