UHaul had me drive five miles past a better location to go to this location which had 0 cell phone reception. I letterally had to drive up and down a 1 mile hill into town to upload each step of the mobile return process. This location is NOT an option for mobile return!

Pickup location staff was not trained or prepared to check me out with the trailer. My wait time was unnecessary. Will not rent from this location again.

Setup is a bit unconventional. Trucks are kept at a location a couple building over from the rental location, which is a repurposed home. That makes it a bit tricky to find and conduct business. Also, the functionality of the U-Haul mobile app is largely irrelevant when the technology and data is not made available to franchisees (my information was captured incorrectly in the system, perhaps because the location I attempted to pick up from did not have a truck available...the app did not mention this, I was notified several days later and had to try to “figure it out”).

No one onsite to handle issues when the phone app did not work. Had to call around to get Uhaul rep that would help. It was an hour long frustrating process. Onsite WiFi would be helpful for app checkout.

I was told the wrong info so when vehicle was returned I went over the mileage and had to pay more than what I thought was already an expensive purchase. My note to you; read the contract in full..... Good Luck..

We were scheduled to pick our truck up at 1:00pm and when we got there the lady working did not know what to do. She had us wait for someone else to get back who could do the paperwork and she didn't get there until 2:30pm. By the time everything was done we had waited almost two hours. Also, the truck was making a squeaky/ squealing kind of noise which we informed them of when we returned the truck but they were already aware of it and had not done anything to address the problem.

This is a smaller, more rural location, but the lady at this location seems to be on top of things, and was very good to work with. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in the Taylorsville area.

It was a bother doing paperwork in one place and making the pickup in another. It was not clear that this was a requirement when the rental arrangements were made.

My paper work was messed up. The paper work said I picked up at 159 pm on the 2/23/2018. I signed paper work around that time , In which it was suppose to be picked up at 8 am. And was picked up then 2/24/2018. I was suppose at beginning to pick up in Louisville on south side drive. I was called said I had to pick up in Taylorsville . I was givin 25 extra miles that was great. So really experience was the worst I've ever had with uhaul.

I will never use U-Haul again because this simple rental cost me 2 days and 2 trips back to Taylorsville because of 1 ladies repeated mistakes . Cost me 30 dollars of my own fuel and 2 unnecessary trips . Should've been free

No input to provide. I dropped the trailer off after hours so I did not meet with anyone. I did get a receipt for the trailer by email early the next morning.

Was not clear that pick-up time was an "appointment," just thought it was when store opened, but that was not the case, so the man who was meeting us had to wait on us...made me feel bad, but did not realize that the time that was texted me was a meet time.

I got there, uHaul wasn't ready. I had to go to different location to do paperwork. I was double charged. $364.64 and then $409.10. I'm still waiting on $364.64 refund! I had to go back to original location to pick up. It took over an hour-about 2 hours. Had to hook up trailer myself. Better communication between uHaul and pick up facility, organization.

Just make sure when someone gets a rental agreement that there will be a rental to pick up without wondering if there will be one there for you.

I called and tried to reserve a u haul the day before we had to move and they took all my card info and everything else and then when we got to the location they didn't have any of my info the lady we dealt with didn't really care to see why that happened

The first trailer I tried to hook up had a "non-operating" ball attachment. The second trailer, which I used was banged up and (dents, wheel cover damaged, door sticks).

Location is a neighborhood Exxon and is ridiculously understaffed--one clerk for store operations and U-Haul administration. Fuel check upon return was needlessly drawn out due to clerk's insistence on gauge being exactly where it was upon pick-up (after more then enough fuel was added). Clerk was also VERY hard to understand verbally.

I think a grace period of at least 2 hours should be given instead of charging for an extra day. . . to charge for 1hour 15 late . . not acceptable.

On 7/28 I reserved a truck and tow dolly to transport my inoperable '98 Toyota Sienna back to Jacksonville, FL. On 7/30 I was refused the rental because the truck I was allowed to reserve online was not recommended to pull my Toyota even though the requested vehicle info was inputed during the reservation process. U-Haul left me stuck and stranded at 6 pm on 7/30 with no other options. My father had to drive up to North Carolina with his dually truck to tow me home. Since U-Haul delayed me into Saturday, I had to pay the weekend rate of $89 instead of the weekday rate of $59. U-Haul owes me a good-faith refund of $30 and an apology. Sincerely, Darrin Green

This place has no business renting for u haul. They make the uhaul customer wait while they take care of there customers buying beer cigarettes etc. This to me is very rude. Every customer sbould be waited on in the order they come in the store no matter what you are purchasing. I will never use this business to rent a uhaul again. Nor will I recommend anyone else usethis place. I feel uhaul should at the very least offer me a discount of some kind that I could use toward my next rental for the rudeness and unnecessary wait time I had to under go at this business. I am very displeased with the service I recieved at this establishment.

I am unhappy with the charges. Online and by phone I was told the insurance protection was "$10.00", when I get to the pick point, The person there insisted that the insurance protection is "$14.00" not the stated price of $10.00. Then I was charged for a environmental fee, and a rental tax. The original expected cost, including mileage was $34.90. With the Insurance and fees, plus fuel and mileage, my cost is: 47.73. This a 37.4% increase in cost. I will not recommend this location: ARLINGTON EXXON FOOD 1019 ARLINGTON ROAD JACKSONVILLE, FL 32211, to anyone! Charles L. Francis

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! They cheated me out of my $10. When I received the truck, they told me to bring it back on 3/8 of a tank. I brought it back on 1/2 and got a $10 charge! Then, when I called he tells me that the guage is backwards so its confusing! A backwards gas guage??? I have only had good experiences with Uhaul until this, and I am truly disappointed.
