travis wI got my U-Haul stuck in snow and called corporate, I had paid for the SafeTrip snow towing. Corporate was quick to tell me I wasn’t covered due to the fact I was more than 100 yards away from a paved surface, but Randy and Chris called me in the morning and dropped everything to help me out. They were kind, understanding and extremely helpful. We got the truck unstuck within half an hour. I cannot recommend this drop-off location enough, they’re good people who care about their customers. Thank you Randy and Chris!!
