Travis DThere was no blankets when I got the truck, there also wasn’t a dolly. I had multiple tvs I was hoping to haul and had to suffer to try to get it to work with no blankets. I had a refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and multiple big items I would have loved and thought I paid to use a dolly to move. Then after I had already paid $300 for my U-haul I was charged a 53 fee for being late but if I would’ve had a dolly I wouldn’t have been late. I took forever unloading because I was not given the proper equipment I was promised and then I was charged for your lack of service. I would atleast expect my $53 dollars back after this pathetic excuse of customer service. There’s other issues as well with this location but I’ll just leave it at that.
