This was not my original pick up location. I reserved what I needed one month in advance and got the wrong truck at an out of the way location. Also reserved an appliance dolly and got the regular dolly instead. Was also overcharged for the truck I reserved. Worst experience ever with U-Haul.
Serena RDropped it off late. It was fine. Could use some better lighting, but it was fine.
Kevin KI was charged twice for the the rental and only have one copy of the receipts.
