There were no issues with the location I picked my rental up from, however this location did not have any of the additional items I had ordered with the truck (mattress protectors, etc). It would have been a better experience if this effort was better managed.Elliot R.

I won't recommend Uhaul to anyone ever again. My order got messed up by corporate, and the poor workers at this location could hardly get any help at all to give me the remaining equipment from my order. After more than an hour waiting, I finally was able to get what I rented weeks in advance. My trip was delayed by this and resulted in late arrival and being unable to get my keys. This was such a terrible experience that I'll be a Penske customer for the rest of my life now unless something is done to make this right.Joshua J.
For drop off outside of hours it's unclear where to put a trailer, since I can't get inside the gate without a code and don't want to leave outside since a trailer could be taken easily.Kevin L.

I should have done a little more research into where I was going. It wasn't a place that had a lot of extra stuff for sale (I had hoped to get packing tape). I was able to get the boxes I needed. The computer wasn't connecting to the uhaul POS website so the man had to start from scratch and enter everything again. Might not have been his fault. He was working alone and it was a slow process. It took at least 45 minutes to an hour, start to finish, including waiting on the previous customers to be taken care of. Seemed like forever because I was working on a tight schedule. The computer issue slowed things down a lot. It appeared that renting storage units was the main business there.MARSHA B.

The original location was CLOSED when I went to pick up the trailer. That's the reason I was at the Military Parkway location. All in all, costing me an extra hour and a half on my pick up time. The original dealer in Garland evidently took off 3 days and failed to inform anyone at Uhaul dispatching.Jeff C.

The U Haul representarive here gave us excellent service. He was one of the nicest and most helpful guys. The Uhaul itself worked until we returned and then the lights on one side did not work.Jonathan G.
Truck windshield filthy. Pre registered on line & it still took clerk over 45 minutes. The 36 furniture pads were in a large pile on the ground. This place is PATHETIC. !!!!!!!Edward V.

The elder person working there was extremely slow , could not hear and had me jump through hoops to rent the trailer. I had to call someone who could verify who I was. What the purpose of my driver licence? The equipment was fine but no so much the experience with the person at the counter.James A.
I reserved at one location and told them I would drop it off at a different location near my new place. When I returned it I was with that salesman most 2 hrs. I left before everything was completed. Huge inconvenience. I called your 800 number. Stayed on hold forever. Never able to speak to anyone. Drop off location on skillman.Brandy W.

Was given trailer with defective signal. Agent was very nice but lacked knowledge how to input contract and made major mistake, even after calling supervisor and taking and hour, causing us to be half hour late for the movers. Also, went to Greenville Ave location in dallas to put car on tow dolly. worker fixed light, but not well as it was again broken during the trip. Also, straps to both front tires and one of two chains came off. ITS A ARRIVED SAFELYJONATHAN R.
My complaint is to the reservation center I made an advanced reservation to pickup a 20' truck less than a mile from my home, but was sent to a location over 6 miles away and was not given extra mileage for the distance difference. I also had to pickup the truck earlier than planned and as a result I had to pay for an extra day in order to complete my move.DENNIS M.

Drawback was dropping it after hours. Gate was locked so I had to leave it in the parking lot. If I hadn't had two men with me, there was no way I could have gotten it into the spot. The three of us had to push the trailer into place. Staff was friendly and helpful but location was tough for after hours.RHONDA D.

The check in/ check out, pick up/drop off process was so slow. There was a lot of customers just waiting around just to be helped. This particular location was run by an older couple and the gentlemen seemed to be the only one with access to the system and knew how to do things , his wife could not even answer questions people were asking her. If they had more employees and more knowledge of what they are doing customers can get in and out and avoid long waits.Kevin H.

I can't say enough nice things about Abby's! I had a $3.50 overage on mileage that I was unaware of because I turned it in after hours. Instead of being lazy and turning it in directly to UHaul for collection they called me and saved me the $30 additional fee. Super nice people with great character and ethical standards. I WILL absolutely recommend Abby's to everyone in my neighborhood.JOSE R.
