jimmie jEverything was clean and the store smelled great! The inviting aspect is only lost due to their lack of parking spots. Great customer service! I have an issue with my closing paperwork that was issued by the return location. My rental gas was listed at 1/2 a tank by the front desk assistant and highlighted to show that level should match in the dash. Upon entering the vehicle it was only at a 1/4 of a tank. I took a photo of the tank level, adjusted to the proper level in my confirmation details. I submitted a photo of the mistake and noted the correction. I took photos of the entire vehicle and departed. I submitted these photos while in the U-Haul parking lot to ensure a time stamp of legitimacy. I returned with the vehicle at the same level as I received it. The vehicle was returned at 1/4 tank. I have been sent paperwork asking for my signature claiming over $80 in a charge for gas and gas labor. I am requesting a refund for that amount since it is not the customers duty to pay for more gas than they received.
Toni RI just want to say that both of the employees I dealt with while picking up and dropping off were so kind and helpful and really made my day. I’ve never had better service at a Uhaul in all my years renting. Keep doing what y’all are doing! I will try to rent from this location exclusively because of the customer service! Thanks, Evan
