Everyone was rude and did not want to provide any help or assistance. when picked up truck, we were told to go to A and end up walking into MUD and crap behind the building after being told, "oh, maybe the truck was stolen, try behind the building." First place I arrange pickup the lady was totally unhelpful and made all my problem. I will NEVER use you again. I should have paid the extra cost and picked up in a kind city like Sioux FALLS.Diana A.

The inside of the vehicle was extremely dirty. There were many things with he exterior that were not noted as for damaged which I spent a considerable amount of time with. Lastly, should be told that you will need the code for leaving as well. We had to make calls in order to get out.Mark R.

Make sure auto transports have the appropriate parts and are not old or broken. The tire straps and the cupler was old and worn. The tire mounts kept slipping off my auto's tires. The cupler had to be replaced.Nia K.

The truck was somewhat dirty on the exterior but that could be expected due to weather that we have had. Also, the truck was not parked on pavement so when I pulled away I was kicking rocks out of the tires for several miles. A bit disconcerting as I was concerned about causing damage to other vehicle(s).David H.

I rent weekly from other facilities and this was one of the worst. No help to load trailer. Found trailer it was stuck in the mud had to dig it out getting myself muddy and filthy. Upon return their hours say open at 9am. Dropped the trailer off at 12 and they weren't there so I had to unhook and unload by myself. If I ever have to go back to this place I will cancel the appt and go with another company.louis g A.
Someone other than myself was going to pick up trailer so wanted to have everything processed and ready to go. However that would have started my 24 hour time period even though he wasn't going to pick it up for 2 more hours. This was an inconvenience.Mike C.

I read so many horrible reviews about another U haul place, I was expecting this one to be the same way. Other than an interruption from someone who had purchased blankets and was sent there even though she had told the place he had come from she didn't have enough. She got on the phone and found him all the blankets he needed. I was impressed. She then finished my rental and a storage unit rental in less than 15 minutes. Awesome.Barbara C.

The uhaul website was pretty difficult. I wanted to pick up the truck fave to fave to not have to deal with download the app and all the other steps involved. I was supposed to pick up at a complete other location on a different side of town and lots of other issues happened as well. It was a complete hassle. However Gina went above and beyond customer service. She met us after hours personally to help us and made the whole experience so much better. I give 5 stars to Gina our representative but 2 stars to the uhaul website. Thank you so much Gina for the wonderful job you did and for being so understanding and nice. Because of you we will attempt uhaul again for our truck rentals in the future!Jesse C.
Did not hook up trailer correctly. Did not record gas correctly. Sold me the wrong lock one for storage unit not truck. Did not provide information about refueling. When I called to dispute gas opened ticket did not take any information to contact me or advise me. Very rude I recorded her I'm filing a BBB complaint escalate to corporate office.JENNIFER B.
The lady's phone wasn't working very well. Never recommended me putting the lock on the back. Even though it was going to be empty it should be done as the latch popped open and apparently I was going down the road with the doors opening and closing. The lights didn't work properly as she had me check on the break lights not the turn signals. I ended up going to the Napa location in Fremont NE and they help diagnose the issue. They were extremely helpful.beth B.

Pd, for the tire replacement from my own pocket. Still not reimbursed for my $339. Drop off location people said they do not repay those costs from their office. Also, they would not take my unused supplies, boxes, covers back. Could not reimburse me for that either.Jeff D.
