No one knew what they were doing to check me in causing me to sit there for well over 45 minutes. Then upon bringing it back tried to charge me over $1000 because they rented out the wrong truck and the mileage was well over. Told me they would just charge me later and send me an invoice. Obviously i didn’t trust that, so they tried to call haul and you all were closed. Next day i had to contact you all they called the store and the associate still couldn’t figure it out and had to send someone out to help. They had no care or urgency at the store and kept telling me i need to return the next day. But once i moved out of the town why would i come back

It's just a gas station and the guy behind the counter didn't really seem to care that I was there. Granted, he was running the counter by himself but he had zero sense of humor and no cares about the transaction.
Robert SWe did not receive the requested furniture dolly, as we were informed that none were available. While the 24 moving blankets were delivered, they arrived wet, unusable, and with a strong musty odor, making them completely unsuitable for use. Additionally, the attendant appeared unfamiliar with the process, and the equipment was not ready at the scheduled time of pick-up.

JOSHUA SThe process seemed a bit difficult because it took about 30 minutes to get the truck. Be able to give the truck to your customer more quickly. Moreover, although the truck was clean, the brake lights worked intermittently, and the directional signals also didn’t work well.

The rental truck had a delay in the ga pedal - to- move transmission issue but I adjusted. Overall it was fiine.
