The staff was great. However, after i packed my truck noticed the right front tire had the outer part BALD! Cannot believe this truck can be given to someone in this condition. Thank goodness i made it to my destination. However , someone else may not, that is such unsafe practice and someone can be injured.Noe D.
The staff/operators of the physical location were great! My only complaint is about the national customer service on the phone. I was given incorrect information when I called the 800 number. The local staff in Santa Fe at the Cerillos location were very knowledgeable and able to help me resolve the issues caused by the national customer service location. I wish their direct number was listed! I couldn't find it on google. The 505 number routed me to a national agent. There would have been no misinformation had I reached Santa Fe office directly!Andrew N.

Business is ran by a married couple. Once I arrived they were with a customer so waited. About 15 minutes to be exact. The man in front of me finally was done and left so finally it was my turn. From the get go the lady was rude. Made me feel stupid. She took one look at me and decided she was not going to be nice to me. She told me I had to return the trailer at 8 the next morning. Not even 24 hours from when I was picking it up. She said it had to be there by 8 am or I'd be charged a fee. The next day I woke up bright and early and took the trailer back at 9 am because I did over sleep. Got there and told apologized for being late. She proceeded to tell me that I was not late and had plenty of time? How when the day before she told me I had to return it by 8!? To top it off she was wearing the same shirt she was wearing the day before. Wow ! I was so mad. She said I returned it with â€œplenty of timeâ€? How when I was suppose to return it at 8!? I didn't bother to ask. I just wanted to leave and be done with that place. The husband was extremely helpful and nice. But the wife has some serious issues!Paulina S.

When I came into the store to get my rental, the clerk was put off as it was near the closing time. If you advertise certain hours of operation, you should expect customers up until you close.Kenneth A.

One Positive: The Cargo Van was tremendous, ran great and was very clean. I was so happy to have one with so few miles on it, and it worked remarkably well. Bravo! One Negative: Online Return was not working. I tried to return using the online option, followed all directions, set my phone as directed to provide location, and was unable to proceed with the online return process. I called customer service, was on hold for quite a while before and during, and finally the very nice agent told me that he could not get through to the tech folks, so to just go ahead and drop the key in the slot and keep my photos on my phone for future reference, since I could not upload them. This was clearly a website issue, and one that delayed my check-in for 30 minutes and felt incomplete since I was unable to send documentary photos of the van and return.Peter H.

I have a close relationship with the Uhaul dealer that is less than 1/4 of a mile away from the dealer I got my equipment from. When I reserved the vehicle, I requested getting it from my usual dealer Kyle. If I have a relationship with a dealer I should be able to choose that one and not be directed to another. The folks at Able to Scoot did a fine job but it is Kyle who I have been renting trucks from for 5 years.Joshua S.
