Did the after-hours drop off but there was no drop off box so I had to go back in the next day to turn in the key that was the only hiccup that we had

george L.This location is a small storefront with a shocking amount of equipment stuffed into the dirt lot behind the building. I relocate to a different state about every three months for work using uhaul equipment so I have had a wide variety of experiences at uhaul retailers. I was late for my appointment and the business was in the middle of having all of its computer hardware replaced; and even still, this was the friendliest, most thorough, and quickest I have ever been moved through the rental process. I have no plans to return to Santa Fe, but if I do I will gladly return to this location. They do it right.
David W.I've always had a good experience with rentals here. Unfortunately my truck this time was not in the best shape. The gast tank filler hose had been cut and I required roadside assistance when, while trying to fill up mid-trip, gasoline started spilling under the chassis, Maybe soneone tried to steal gas from it?

George P.We used the van to transport kayaks for recreation. The $19.95 per day price inflated to over $81 dollars with mileage charges. Our bad: we didn't read the fine print first So instead of relying on U-Hau from now on, we're buying an inexpensive kayak trailer. BUT U-Haul's phone service was exceptional for a big corp.: every time I called, to each location (including ABQ central), I got a real human being on the phone, who knew what he was doing, within four rings. Dominick in ABQ central was especially helpful. Bravo! (PS: Two Perception Prodigy 10 kayaks fit diagonally in the van with a moving blanket between them, and bungee cord ties. Five minutes in, five minutes out, compared to 30 minutes each for top-of-car ties. U-Haul should advertise this!)

Hotel S.I ran into a couple hiccups with my uhaul but Teresa and Sean were really fantastic and helpful. Checked out my car ahead of time to make sure I could tow what I needed safely. They knew exactly what equipment I needed and went over lots of information with me so I felt really confident with my purchase and experience. I would definitely recommend working with these two at Able to Scoot. Pulling a trailer across the country is a stressful experience and they made it the absolute easiest part of the trip. I'm very grateful for their help and expertise!
