Sean does a great job, confirms all salient details of the online reservation and efficiently handles hitch-up, and return check ins. I have rented from this location 6 or so times and always return because of his reliable, competent service!

oliver mCustomer service was great. Only thing is they didn’t have some of the boxes we had ordered. They offered some alternatives that ended up working well, but we still had to make an extra stop at the “corporate” location to pick up a couple.

RODNEY PTruck bed was dirty with mud. Even after swept out, items placed on the bed can out of the truck quite dirty. Will HAVE TO BEHAND CLEANED.

SAMUEL Rthe drop off location charged us an extra day even though we dropped off the van within predetermined parameters (30 min late) and before the location was officially open. when I called to wright the wrong, I was given an arrogant behavior and no apology at all, even though I did get my money back hence why I say "the personnel was helpful." But they were also rude.
