Forst my reservation was cancelled. I always deal and pick up from tussle rd. I called and they never said anything about picking it from a drop box where I had to do all the check in my self from my phone in 110 degree weather and it took over an hour because you all didn't like the phone of myself, drivers license etc so I had to keep doing it over and over. Not happy and hope to god I am never in a situation where I have to use uhaul again :(DEBORAH M.

One major problem but NOT with the location. This location helped solve the problem. I was NOT informed by U-Haul that i needed a combination to get the trucks key, as they are locked up. It took the owners of this location more than an hour to get this corrected. We were told by the owners of this location that this is not uncommon.David B.

I had scheduled for a counter pick up and this location said they didn't close until 5pm. I arrived at 3:20 and they were already closed. What can be improved is the location should be open if it is advertised that they will be open. It ended up being very inconvenient and took a lot longer than necessary if they had just been open. I was also told to bring the competitor ad with me to price match and with them closed I paid $80 more then if I had gone with your competitor.Anita H.

You/U haul can PLEASE work on your system issues, PU App and overall customer service!! this was by far the most disappointing, frustrating and overall reservation I ever places with U haul. I've been renting your and purchasing your products for over 20 years now and to have to go through a 45 minute process of ridiculous hoops in adjusting/changing, calling, texting, verifying I felt like a criminal that was on probation with u Haul and trying to earn my rights back to rent instead a long time loyal customer that has never violated any policy or returned damaged or late vehicles. If the kind couple at this location hadn't went above and beyond to assist me I absolutely would have given up on the frustrating process, cancelled the truck and would not have accomplished the purpose of renting the truck for the day. As a Company, any employee having issues with a system with a paying customer in front of them asking for assistance should not have to justify another call to request help.....Your system is the cause of the issue the customer is having with reservation so making it more difficult for the vendor only makes it more difficult for your customer! IF you don't know this.....this isn't the best way to retain customers. My sincere appreciation to the couple who operate this U Haul location, their patience, kindness and overall helpful attitude made this fiasco tolerable. PLEASE fix your systems and work on your database, this shouldn't be such a miserable process. Thank You, Cindy ValletteCindy V.
Make sure the gas tank is filled. When i hot the keys through the 24/7 on line app, i found the gas tank was 1/4 full. I had to fill it twice, once before I could use the truck and after i was finished so that the truck was returned full. No reimbursement was offered for the empty tank.Curtis B.

The truck was out of gas, the person that was supposed to be there for my appointment was out on a guided tour as the guide.. Appears they do this as a business model, tell the u-haul customer to use the automated application to do online pickup even though they had an appointment.. If I wanted to do that I would have, and not worried about an appointment my self.. I blocked out that time and had to race across town to make that time to find out they never planed on being there really pissed me off. Then dropping off the truck there was no one to give me a receipt just some guy taking the key and I have to hope he even works there LOL. I will not use that site again.RICHARD D.

My reservation was changed at the last minute. The lady at Above All ATV called me and was VERY rude to me. I told her she was being rude and that it was U-Haul that had changed my reservation. They did not do a walk around to explain the vehicle to us. The check engine light came on on the way home. We stopped at a U-Haul repair station and they told us to keep driving but it would run rough and use a lot of gas. It cost me $450.00 in fuel just to get half way home after the light came on.Colette E.

STAY AWAY! Returning a U-Haul trailer and heading 400 miles home after helping my son move. Upon arrival the gate was blocked with 2 trailers loaded with ATV's. Upon arrival the gate was blocked with 2 trailers loaded with ATV's. The worker told me to come back, but that was not an option. He said they were about to do an ATV tour and there was no where to park and they "were leaving" (it was 11:45 am on a Monday). He then asked if I "knew how to back up" to drop the trailer in a small area out front, which would have involved me pulling in front of 2 lanes of busy traffic. The owner then pulled up with the vans and yelled at the worker, in front of me, several comments which included "what is he doing here?", "tell him to come back", tell him we are leaving." You get the idea. I also suggested I drop the trailer in an empty parking lot next door, but he again told me they were "leaving." This whole time I was blocking a turn lane into the business on the road. I finally told the worker the only option was to drop the trailer in the turn lane and he would have to deal with moving it, as he had already told me he had a fork lift, which is what I did. The owner Kim was totally unprofessional and rude and obviously shows no interest or loyalty to the U-Haul side of her business. U-Haul should drop her as a dealership, IMHO..Glenn B.

Customer service headquarters confirmed there would be yet only 15ft trucks were there when I arrived to pick up. The rental pick up location on this survey is wrong. The pick up location is 160 W Craig Rd North Las Vegas, NV 89032. I am disappointed and will not consider U-haul for truck rentals in the future. If I reserve a 26' truck I expect to receive that size. I was told more trucks would be delivered at that location which didn't happen. Overall I'm not pleased with U-Haul.kimberly I.
Picked up my trailer at a watercraft rental place not a standard U-Haul dealership. The lights were never checked and later found out they didn't work. Found another U-Haul location that was open late, although they didn't have a certified electrical person on hand, they gave good customer service. They did let me use their tools to fix the problem.Patrick M.

the m/c trailer I received was 34 yrs old...the trailer wiring shorted out 2 fuses on my truck.. I wouldn't put a bicycle on that trailer. I was referred to the UHaul rental at 1098 Stephanie Pl. they were great gave me a new trailer and gave great service. they also agreed that old trailer should not have been on the road.Gary N.

A very unprofessional environment is at this location. If t was not for the circumstances I was in I would have canceled this reservation. The internet was down and was told to call the mananager who would not answer for me. I feel like I was over charged for gas there is no way driving 10 miles uses 3 gallons. If this company was hurting that bad to steal money so they could fill up their truck I do not want that business and will not be using uhaul if this is how your partners treat their clients. My next move I will be looking for other rental options. I was very disappointed in the service I received from this location as well as when I called into the call service. The young lady seemed upset to help me with my rental.Daniel D.

This is a shared facility with boat/ATV/etc. rentals as well. The area Managers for U-Haul helped me when I picked up the vehicle. While he was helpful I encountered nothing but issues. I had reserved a 10 ft. truck which was available when I arrived, however I could not take it because of the inefficient parking situation. There was a vehicle blocking the U-Haul truck and it could not be moved as the owners were out on a tour. I was upgraded to a 15 ft. truck and told I would not be charged. However, I was in fact charged for a 15 ft. truck. I was told to bring the truck back the following day and if nobody was at the office to lock the keys in the truck, regardless of what time it was. There were people in the office, however they initially refused to take the return as they stated they had "told everyone" that they should not be receiving returning vehicles that weekend. It was Easter Sunday and I was told that I needed to leave and return the U-Haul to a different facility several miles the opposite direction of where I was head. I asked for the area Manager's phone number so that I could resolve this issue and they ultimately accepted the U-Haul return at that time.Jerilyn R.

The place was closed when I got there at 11AM despite the fact that the website says it's opened from 10AM to 5PM. Had to stand outside for 40 minutes for lady to come open the place & give me the truck. She didn't apologize or felt sorry instead told me that I should have been at 10AM to pick up the truck.Syed S.

Just wanted to say that the elderly gentleman who was at this location when I dropped off my Uhual was exceptionally helpful. I can not recall his name but he was very kind and helped me unload my motorcycle from the back of the truck which would have been quite difficult as I have a prosthetic limb. When turning in personnel said it was EZ Checkin or something like that. Did not require an inspection or anything, the guy said he just needed the keys and that was it. Never heard of such a thing! Then we get a $21.20 charge for EZ fuel. Bull SHIT! We stopped and put fuel in a few blocks from the return location and the fuel guage was where it was when we picked up the truck. What a bunch of rip off lying freaking bastards! That fuel gauge was exactly where it needed to be! Had I known that was how things were going, I would have snapped a picture with my phone. Lesson learned, UHaul is a freaking scam, never rent from them again due to the way this location treated us. I just might dispute the charge on my credit card as this is stealing from me!Jeffery H.

We had to wait 1 1/2 hours to pick up the auto transport because the customers in front of us was late arriving. They had to be transported to the lake first. Those customers were two hours late and should have been the ones to wait until we were done. We were on a time schedule. The people working there were very apologetic.charles P.
