ROBERT NApp does not work well and a seamless check out never works and one has to call in without fail and the staff was not polite or friendly even though it was an error on your end - didn’t even apologize. And, I did U-Haul a favor by returning this truck to another location and had to Uber back at my own expense and the fee overall was higher than quoted- very misleading.
Gregory LThe location did offer ample parking and access. The service was wonderful. The equipment was clean but the driver's seat needed re-upholstered but instead had a seat cover on it that didn't stay secure. We were fortunate they had a truck same day and were quite flexible working with us.

Jeff EI was charged for 24 hours even tho they told me I could only have it for 16 hours. No discount was offered. Then they tried to give me a truck with a flat tire. Then I had to take it back and they gave me a truck with the check engine light on. Terrible customer service. Rude employees

Helen BThere was an issue with the level of gas - perhaps someone siphoned gas from the tank - I had to put in gas - but they credited me the entire amount even though I used some driving (7 miles) The only hitch really. Very good to work with.
Christopher MI attempted to do a self check out for drop off but when done couldn't locate a drop box for the key so will head back there in the morning. But overall this location is the most reliable in the area, I will continue to use for future moves.
Margaret CCalibrate the side mirrors for each customer. I could not use them and almost hit a few cars behind me. They are not adjustable. My passenger had to hold his side mirror so I could see...
Sebangiol SThe gas was faulty and showed that it was full and was not. I drove 20 miles and it run out of gas. I had to fill the whole thing up which was $122 total for 31 gallons!! I drove only 20 miles. Also, very unhappy with the fact your roadside assistance would not help me when I was stuck blocking traffic. Telling me to call my local police to get towed before they will send help is not okay.,
Tascha KA-Boy or At-a-Boy was the easiest U-Haul Rental experience we've ever had. Easy parking, not crowded like competitors and U-Haul itself, friendly and quick. I even commented to the employee of At-a-Boy that it was the easiest rental and return ever!

Doug GYou should not advertise "rent for just $19.95" when the charge is actually over $100.00. I don't consider that to be fair advertising practice. I am a bit shocked at the total cost for a 4 hour rental. I don't think I'll use this service again.

Devin BAsking for two additional contacts for renting a hand dolly is too much. More than anyone else I have ever rented from ever. Car rentals don't ask that kind of information.

Seth WI ordered Pads for my move and was sent a confirmation but when my movers picked up the truck they were told they had none. So mid move I had to leave and drive to barbur blvd and rent them there. It was very inconvenient
VALERIE EMy only complaints: 1) The truck appears to have a mechanical problem, probably the transmission that causes the engine to rev up (disturbingly so) during deceleration. I alerted the staff to the problem. 2) Hard to adjust lateral position of side mirrors.

Madeline QIt was easy and close but it was a little dirty when we got it and it was a rough and bumpy ride. Still, love this location and they make it super nice and easy to rent.
DEBORAH MVan was not swept and cleaned beforehand. I left it in better shape than I started just to avoid the service fee. With that said, I've used this place many times and this was an anomaly. Other times the vans have been incredibly clean. They also maintain their vans very well. I will still be coming back because this is a location I still trust
Laura GThere is no key drop box. How hard can that be to have one? So I returned to trick per text contract and went to uhaul.com/share. When thru all steps. Then there was no drop box. So now I have to drive back there and miss some work tmrw to get it back to them by noon. I asked about drop off after hours when I picked up, and he made a joke sorts out of it. And when it came time. I realized there really was no box even tho he advised me to return it after hours. And I followed all stores online.
NICK PNo suggestions as everything went very smoothly
Steve MVery disappointed with the fuel situation. Only had a quarter tank of gas, which was enough to do the move but because I forgot to add gas 1-2 gallons (I only went 16 miles) I got chard 4 gallons fill-up and a $30 filling fee. I was charged a ridiculous fee of $52, for what should have been $8. I cannot recommend price gauging U-haul practices.

Tamara YThe truck I reserved was not available so I had to use a smaller truck and do 2 runs - with paid help so the error cost me 70 bucks. The folks at aboy took $10 off my bill. The cab smelled and the interior was dirty and the inside of the windshield was smeared with finger prints.
NATALIE JThings were fine but we had a 2 hour time limit to move everything and still had to pay full price. We didn't have enough time to move everything since they only had 1 truck available and it was too small
