My truck had hole in roof which got half of my stuff soaked cause we ran into heavy rain. Couldnt adjust mirrors at all and arm rest drivers side was broke.. I use uhaul all the time and was very disappointed thus time. Called customer service and was on hold for 22 mins then they picked up and hung upMELISSIA G.
This location was outstanding.Beverly was very knowledgeable and got me going quickly.This was very different from my previous UHAUL experience where Uhaul double billed me. I contacted them,my bank,better business bureau etc..The double charge was reversed,and now Uhaul added it back again $346.00ðŸ¤”ROBERT M.

Final contract shows return date/time of 7/9/2020 10:06 am. My online account did not get cleared until yesterday 7/13/2020. I did rent this for a friend and called the local store numerous times to confirm the drop off and no answer. I called the 800 number and it was not showing checked in. I was close to reporting it stolen as advised. It was returned to the correct location, however was charged an extra $60 for wrong destination. I will follow up by calling 800 numberPatrick P.
Our location was moved to Decatur at the last minute. This added 30 minutes to our drive to pickup the truck. We were told that the truck would be ready to pickup at 8:00am. We arrived at 9:00am and nobody was there. We called the office and nobody answered. We finally got in touch with someone from U-Haul who said that the person would be there in 10 minutes to help. They arrived 45 minutes later. Once they arrived, they new nothing about our reservation and started asking questions as if we hadn't already filled out all of the contract information, even though we had and had already paid for our reservation. Then once we finally finished checking out, there was a large trailer attached (one that we had not paid for) and she did not know how to get it off. After 10 minutes on the phone, we figured out how to get it off and I had to remove it myself. This was one of the worst truck rental experiences that I have ever had and will probably never use U-Haul again.Thomas S.
When I brought the truck to this location, there was nobody available. I was told to put the key in the drop box and nothing else. I brought the truck to them at least 2 hours before it was due. I did not see a confirmation and I called them the next day. Someone told me to meet at 11 pm at their site again. They have not processed my return and now it was past the due date not to say that I had to do this trip during a working day. Despite the fact that on my paperwork I was allowed 137 miles without additional charges, and the odometer recorded less than that, their paper work lowered that to less miles allowed and I was charged additional mileage.Valerica G.
