Norma was fantastic. She called after I chose the facility to verify that I needed the until. When we arrived she was extra helpful. She offered to take me in the golf cart because of my handicap. After viewing the original unit She showed me a climate controlled unit. It was much better than the one I had chosen. When I went to sign the contract she informed me that the new unit had a 3 month half price special. She also explained the process of entering the facility. When we were finished she offered to take the uhaul and call the other place I was going to drop it off at. She went above and beyond to male sure I was satisfied with my rental.

Norma is a fantastic person. She went out of her way to make sure I got the storage unit that met my needs. She even suggested I drop off the Uhaul truck there to save me time and she offered to call the location I had selected to drop off so I didn't have to worry about anything. She was so helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this agency.

When looking for a uhaul i called a Mcallen uhaul to rent a small truck. There they set up a reservation asking me how long i needed it. The rentals are 19.99 plus. I told him i was renting the uhaul to pick up a sofa. He made the reservation for 4 hours because the uhaul might not be available the full 24 hours. When i went to pick up the Uhaul in the Edinburg location between McColl Rd and Jackson on Hwy 107 the lady that processed the paperwork told me the reservation was for 4 hours and i told her yes, because that what the gentleman in McAllen put on the reservation. She processed my bank info and charged for the uhaul. As we spoke I asked her about the uhaul and she said it was available for the 24 hours. I told her why was i told otherwise and given only 4 hours. I asked her to change it and she said she couldn't because she had asked me about the 4 hours, and why ask if she knew she wasn't going to change the time because she said she had to go by the reservation and that she had already done the transaction. I asked to reverse the transaction and do it again, after all the charge was for 24 hours and she said she couldn't again. This are unfair practices. 1. the reservation was made for me for 4 hours when it was available for 24 hours. 2. The lady in Edinburg didn't let me know that before processing the payment and eventhough if she would have informed me, she wouldn't have done anything because she had to go by the reservation that stated 4 hours use so she said. 3. She refused to reverse the transaction for the payment to process it for the 24 hours use which is what you charge for5 a rental for 24 hrs. 4. I was not informed correctly and overcharged. 5. Why do they ask how long i want to rent it for if it is a 24 hour rental. Please look into this and I expect an answer or explanation to this matter. I deserve a credit of some kind because I should have been given the full 24 hours.

The truck’s AC was not working. I just want to make sure it’s fixed. But no worries, the service rep at this location disclosed it to me during check in and offered to find another truck close by. I was behind on schedule and needed to get a truck ASAP so I just drove it without AC.

My uhaul stayed stranded two times was expecting a different first time experience and it took 3 hrs for the Uhaul roadside to come out and put a new battery 🪫 grateful for the 3 extra hours provided but my husband lost a day of work due to the incident being fixed soo late and we had to continue the next day which didn't benefit us in any way

rented 2 units for close to 3 years. excellent office and management staff. excellent communication with management and office staff as well. property is secured with cameras and gate code entrance. establishment is very well lit at night. no water or rodent damage to my belongings after nearly 3 years in storage. establishment is very well maintained. units i rented were outside. thank you to the staff that was always available to accommodate me on 2 or 3 occasions when i needed access after hours. also noticed frequent patrols by edinburg p.d. and university police since the units are off the main strip in edinburg.

The storage units are very well maintained. I stored my items for over four 4 years, and when I picked them up, there was not even a little diet in them.

Lady working was really unhelpful, did not communicate everything well, or let me know about a person booked already. I had planned to keep the truck 2 days and she knew about it, and I was going to pay for the extra day charges. She calls me the next day saying someone had a reservation, messing up my whole plan, I had nothing packed and was forced to leave work early to start packing to make sure I returned the truck before 4. Horrible place wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

I had to wait a lil bit and the truck cabin wasn’t 100% clean, but mechanically the truck was well maintained, no issues at all. The staff were polite and helpful! I would recommend this location 100%. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

My first reservation was not reserved at the location I chose. I called customer service and they had to get me a new location. I asked aboutb thr credit that is on your website if there was a problem with the reservation inwould get 50 dollar credit. Did not get it. 2nd location. Was easier they did habe a truck however I ordered a dollie and it was not included in the truck. I did not have a great experience.

I love this place! I was with Access Storage in Edinburg for 4 years. They never raised my rent. The office Manager, Norma, was so easy to work with and pleasant. Their rates are very affordable!

Norma made me feel very at ease on returning the truck. The only complaint I'd have is Not against Norma, but the company policy on return time. Norma said if I did Not return the truck by 11:00 am, I would have to pay for a Full Day! What?? I asked to return it 30-1hr later. Should think about charging by the hour after allotted time instead of punishing the customer by charging them a full day. I had to unload Monday morning bc storage closed on Sunday and I had not received the gate code yet.

Such a great experience and amazing customer service. Norma was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I almost want to put stuff back in storage just to keep that positive and energetic conversations we would have when I would go to the facility. Our storage facility was spotless; SUPER CLEAN. Setting up autopay was easy and entry and exiting was also easy. There are cameras everywhere and the storage rooms were safely secured. 10/10 would recommend.

I would highly rate this location. Friendly and professional staff! Before we started renting a unit here, we had a hard time finding an available storage unit with many providers. We left voicemails at many locations, but Access Mini Storage was the only location to call us back and TRULY place us on a waitlist. As soon as a unit became available, we were promptly notified. This was great customer service!

The person was very helpful in accepting my truck, the location I was given at 2111 W. Sprague Ste. 2, Edinburg TX doesn't exist. It is a Health insurance agency. Safety check mirrors. Prior to my departure from the the location i checked my mirrors. A mirror was incorrectly pointed. Fortunately I found it prior to leaving and had a associate assist. Clean windshield better. It was very streaky and dirty.
