This was a great uhaul experience. It was fast, efficient and nice. I've used several uhaul divisions from Seattle, Boise to Texas this year and this Uhaul outshines all of them. I can highly recommend them. In addition, the truck was clean and ready to go, and I wasn't pressured to buy extras!
Clerk could have been more knowledgeable and caring about our concerns with the drop off location. As it turned out the drop off location did not have an after hours key return box. I could not get the self service return system to acknowledge my location and the system did not acknowledge that I had a contract/order in place. Consequently I took the truck to another location that at least had a key return box. To make matters worse, the 800 number for U-HAUL indicated that they were working, but I couldn't get anyone to answer.
The sales person was kind of rude. I asked him to help go over the vehicle for the pre-inspection and he acted like we were putting him out. The app photos are way too small to see existing scrapes and dents. The turn in app didn't work for me. Google maps address does not match the Website posted address. Maps shows 105 shooting club road

This is my 2nd time to rent a truck from this location and it is the only one I will use in the future.
Call center support needs to clearly support what is being done. Check in crew even stated that call center is below par while I waited on hold fifteen minutes just to check in

Again, your online system. We had selected to check in by phone on the weekend due to my work schedule the following day --- and your app was down. We tried on different phones during a period of 45 minutes, and called. I was told I would have to come back during business hours ---- and I couldn't do that ---- that was reason I selected online/mobile return! The app finally came back up and we were able to do the check-in. Separately, this location was assigned, and was the furthest from our destination point (over 40 miles round trip) as opposed to several others that were actually in town.
Everything was so confusing! I had to call uhaul several times and the wait time was eternal! I used your moving service and they no showed.

My rental experience was very pleasant. I was helped with turn-in on Sunday. I know of no other U-haul location in Boerne that is open on a Sunday. Excellent support.
Have a few smaller vehicles, we first reserved a 10 ft, but learned it might not be available and it wasn't. A medium pickup truck would have been perfect. We ended up with a 15 foot for 3 pieces of furniture.

Do a better job looking over your equipment before letting unknowing customers rent out vehicles that are damaged.
Electronic check with SARAH was HORRIBLE! Sent photos, then chat feature for verification, then 4 second countdown on screen for a test that we couldn't read instructions for, chat with SARAH to say if she could resend it and she snottily said no that's what the instructions were for! I said sorry. Please resend and she cut off chat and we could not start the process over! WE WAITED 1 1/2 HOURS TO GET TRUCK FOR THE OFFICE TO OPEN WHERE ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS SHOW ID!!!!! WASTED VALUABLE TIME AND WE WILL NEVER EVER RENT ANYTHING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN. THAT BITCH SARAH SHOULD BE FIRED!
The man here was very nice. This wasn't the "designated" drop off because the man at the Logan location didn't have us pick one and then it automatically generated a location that was not convenient or close to us (after we had already driven 25 hours). The man said he still had to charge us for the wrong location but that he would reimburse it which I believed he did so I am grateful.

1. Check your contract to ensure they did not jam $85 insurance when it was not ordered originally over the telephone. 2. Verify your contract matches your fuel gauge (1/2 actual versus 15/16 contract).
Paperwork said fuel tank was full, but it actually was 3/4. Called ofc and they said take picture, so I did. Drove 14 miles and put in $3 of gas.(12 mpg unit). Got charged to fill tank and ofc said they could not help. Must call 800 cust svc number. This is BS. Your mistake and I pay for it. BS

Excellent service
Make sure there is a backup to the system on weekend rentals. They rented my reservation out as I arrived. Luckily they were able to rent a trailer from the other closed location.

Selected dolly online, but was not in truck when i picked it up. Was given refund when i dropped the truck off, but would have been much easier to move if i had the dolly.

Help the employee with a more reliable computer system. He got the order done but it took help from an external source because of system malfunctions. Also, the site could use some auxiliary equipment like trailer spares or a tire air pump. I know this isn't a straight u haul site but those items should be available.
It's way out of the way...The UHaul should be off I10 instead of an industrial park...terrible location...personnel were awesome...
