Stephen SI rented, on your site, a 6x12 enclosed trailer. I drive a Ford Bronco Sport and my Bronco could not pull the trailer half full. Looked online and it said that it should have flagged me for the 6x12 trailer but it did not.

DANIEL PThe equipment was spotless but the AC doesn't work after approximately 30-45 min. of driving. This made for a miserable drive from San Antonio, TX to Van Alstyne, TX. The driving conditions were dangerous without AC in July, having the windows down with the traffic from here to there was not an option due to the traffic noise. PLEASE correct the AC problem on this particular unit before renting it to another customer driving any type of distance.
Donna GEverything was excellent, but the application used to retrieve the truck and return it was not as smooth. I had problems with it, specifically when returning the truck. The truck had a small exhaust leak, but overall, the experience was very good, or excellent.

ALLENPAUL TIt’s sad because the last time it was a perfect review but we only dropped off not picked up. This time the lady was rude and the equipment had a low tire and dents (which I know that is normal ish)

JAMES HMary is amazing. We worked with U-Haul a few months ago and as soon as I knew I needed another. Boerne was my first and only choice.
STEPHANIE OThe only problem was that the truck had a trailer hitch with a ball that stuck out from the truck. I kept hitting myself on the ball which I got bruised on my leg and knee. This is a dangerous attachment that should have been removed. Please ensure the trailer ball attachment is removed when not being used

HECTOR LWorker was angry I was self returning the trailer and yelled about me being here 15 minutes before they opened (even though that was when my trailer was due) and was angrily trying to pull the trailer off my truck. Seemed like he couldn’t understand self return and the fact I had already taken the photos of the trailer confused him more. Maybe he was having a bad day but good lord.
