LISA TThe truck was great. Pickup and drop off were easy with the mobile pickup and return. My only complaint was the appliance dolly which was useless. The handle was Ben so when you cranked to tighten it, it would just pop over the handle stop. Also the roller tacks to go up and down stairs and curbs were destroyed and would turn. I would like a refund on this as it was unable to be used and we had to do it by hand.
