The van that they gave us was damaged and wouldn’t lock. We went back to the U-Haul store and switched the van out and had to get a truck. We shouldn’t have been given the van to start off with since it didn’t lock. That took an additional hour out of our day since we had to go back. Once we were able to get a vehicle that locked, the rest of the experience was good. U-Haul should make sure that their equipment works before they send people off with a damaged vehicle.

This was my drop off location. Very convenient for after hours, but is very small for parking. Also, it need a better UHaul sign to help identify the place from the street

So I go to the new location I need to tell Me that I'm not in the system and then I get another text and they tell me to go to another location. When I arrive at that location they're not happy to see me says there's not really any room but I said I'm gonna drop it off anyway. Absolute awful service from both of the drop off places

Corey LThere was a gentleman there but I’m not sure if he was an actual employee. He was as helpful as he could be and we ended up unhitching the trailer and pushing it back by hand. I had wanted to drop it off at an actual U-Haul business but this was the location that popped up on my return link.
