Awesome customer service! He helped correct my requested rental days, advised me on blanket and dolly requirements, and even called to confirm that I still wanted the rental. When I had issues with the app during turn-in, he answered my first call right away and helped me resolve everything. Great experience from start to finish.
Rex GGet rid of the location. I requested and verbally confirmed a location on Burnet Rd 8700 block convenient to my residence and was instead forced to drive to a location in a shady part of town, after hours that is hard to get into per it's location directly on an intersection. Was verbally accosted by 2 separate homeless people and felt unsafe. I'm not happy.

William AThis drop off location is in a bad part of town and there is no signage on the building. It is not a uhaul business - only a drop box and app. Very little parking-we had to wait for a spot to open up.
