Your onlinline app completely sucks! Thus is the 2nd time I rented and nothing is easy . I took a picture of the gas gauge showing it wasnt quite full when I was leaving with the uhaul. But apparently that doesny matter becauae I was still charged a gas fee for driving 18 miles. I had to pay the extra insurance because your pictures disbt show any of the little damage spots. And I couldnt trust that I wouldnt be the lucky one that Uhaul decided to charge for body work if I didnt buy the b.s. insurance!. Last time I rented I was outside for an hour in a half in freezing weather trying to check out a truck. I was hung up on twice..and your customer sercice people were just as confused as I was. Nothing is a fast easy checkout process..its a joke!BRANDIE B.

The online checkin process was a bit confusing. I messed up on the pics of my face and drivers lisence because i didnt realize the first pic needed to be a selfie (it was a bit unclear). That made it take longer, and i was standing out in the rain. Otherwise everything was great though.KIRSTEN C.

Improve Uhaul's web site. Download/buffering time was unacceptable. The web site frequently froze up, causing the sales person to restart the program.Charles P.
Hard to find where to check in. Items listed on the site that where not available. (Utility dolly) was charged for it and when I noticed it was missing I went back with in minutes and asked for it. Was told they don't carry them. When I pointed out it was on my invoice, I was told they would refund it later. Why was it even left on my invoice if it wasn't available? Why wasn't I told it was unavailable? Would I have been charged for it if I hadn't said anything? I feel like I might have.Samantha V.

The staff went out of their way to make a positive change in my reservation and even offered the truck to me overnight for no extra charge. The truck was in new condition and the staff were super pleasant to work with. I would definitely go back to rent a pickup from them again.Byron H.

I drove a total of 5 miles. during the 1st 3 miles I was stuck in snow 3 times. 1st time 1 block from my home. 2nd time in my drive way. 3rd time, in front of my house. each time requiring 30 minutes of shoveling. Since, we only rent every few years or so, I would have liked to receive some â€œ101l information when we picked up the truck such as â€œdo I need to fill the gas tank before returning?â€, â€œso I need to inspect the exterior and interior before we leave the rental site?â€,.... I had returned the vehicle right after close of the location. I needed to return the key by 10am. I had an unforeseen family emergency. The clerk checking me in would not even discuss 1day opposed to the 2 day that I was charged. I am very responsibe and do not try to get over the rule as she suggested. The truck was on premise the evening I rented it. Granted I had the keys.there was attempt to call me and the clerk said it was unrentable (true), but there were4 rentals available. I will not be using U Haul again. I did not appreciate that the clerk that everyone tries to adjust their rate.Lianne C.
Experience determining drop-off location was VERY unpleasant due to restrictions on available drop-off locations. Phone contact for arranging drop-off clearly had no idea about local geography. Drop-off location has just recently started handling U-Haul. They were trying hard, but very inexperienced.David C.

Get the paper work right within 10 minutes. The gal was very nice..but could not get past the drivers licenses..and such.paperwork or should i say that damn computer. Everything else went smoothly. Check in also. Thank you ace hardware and u haul.MaryAnn M.

The people were very friendly but the location was horrible for returning a 26' rental truck. I had to park in a regular parking lot and I took up 4 parking stalls in the process. Additionally, this is not the location I requested to drop off the truck. It was 20 miles further than what I had requested and I got charged for the additional mileage.steve B.
