Not so much a complaint against the location, but more of U-Haul themselves. When somebody reserves a 10 foot U-Haul well ahead of the date for pick up at a location close then you would think it would be available and not have to drive 35 minutes out of your way. Do better U-Haul.

I had to run to multiple places to find one which made my trip a lot longer. I think it should be listed on website what adaptor is needed for the lights, and uhaul locations should have adaptors.

Kim GThe U-Haul itself was great. I felt like U-Haul was great at communicating and decently priced. Everything was as expected. However, the worker I interacted with both times at this location was rude, complained about U-Haul as a company and made me and my boyfriend uncomfortable. He said something along the lines of “I hate U-Haul” and we were like “what… do you mean?” And he said the store makes him do U-Haul related work without paying more now. I’ve worked customer service my whole life and I would never say that to a customer. He made us feel like we were a nuisance for picking up the U-Haul we ordered. When we returned the vehicle he didn’t say anything to me, took the keys, moved the truck from where I parked and then began walking back into the store without a word and I had to be like “do we need to sign anything or do anything or are we good?” And he was like you’re fine. So we walked away confused about if we did the drop off correctly. I’d definitely use U-Haul again in the future but not from this location.
