The best location I have used and we have had many Uhaul trailers/trucks over the years. The staff was very helpful, and courteous. It was very easy to drive in, they hooked the trailer and then we drove off, same at the end when we returned it.SHELLEY P.

This was the location we first rented our truck but because the of the Leaking truck...wasted our time. Then basically got charged for the whole thing as if there were no problems. Horrible experience. We spent my husbands whole day off renting and trading trucks. They should have given the truck for free after we wasted our day.Jason T.

Lately my living situation required me to rent U-haul track few times in short period of time, and each time I was very happy with the customer service. Those guys ( Toni or Jordan) by 117th AVE in Vancouver, WA are doing excellent job. Fully recommended.Edmund K.
The overall total price that it ended up being was very high over $160 for using the truck for 1 day and then until the next day at 10am when it was to be returned. We only went 32 miles total but felt that it was extremely overpriced and the advertising of it being only $19.95 a day was a bit deceiving. I understand the mileage costs, fuel costs, Ect but for the time we had it abd the short local trip we took I felt like $160 was very high for what we got. Thankskelly S.

Lousy scheduling service. There was a mix-up between which store had my reservation. I was contacted by Mandy the day before to pick up at a nearby location and received an email confirmation. On the day I went to pick up the trailer, the original store location where Mandy called from said that my trailer was ready for pick up at that location. I was confused and contacted the other store which confirmed they also had my trailer ready. When I arrived at the store for pick up, I followed in two other vehicles and was inside a storage area secured by a locking gate. When I tried to exit, it wouldn't open. I called the store and they allowed me to exit. When I mentioned that the signage was poor and that is how I inadvertently entered following the other cars, I was rudely scolded by the employee. It was all downhill from there. The two employees were rude and not very patient. I tried to give honest feedback about the signage and one employee pointed to a sign in the window. Well, in my opinion, the sign is hard to see from the entrance coming in from a very high traffic area. So he can stick that sign you know where. I didn't appreciate the sarcasm or his rudeness. The employee at this facility who was the manager was less than friendly or welcoming. The gentleman was the manager I believe and due to his inability to be cordial was offensive to say the least. I will be doing what I can to get the word out on social media if I get a â€œ cannedâ€ response from you. My video speaks volumes..Richard B.

The trailer was as old as me and beat up a little and there was an overnight rainstorm and not a single drop leaked into the trailer, despite it being well worn and torn. Good job service techs/mechanics. I had a new penske truck leak in the rain but Uhaul never leaks. Thanks for that.Heidi K.

Scheduling with the female area dispatcher on the day before pickup was a disaster. If I had an option I would have cancelled the truck. 1st. Truck was not available at the agreed pickup location. 2nd. I was arriving from the south, and the alternate pickup location selected by the dispatcher was 10 Miles east. 3rd. Dispatcher offered to provide me 50 extra mile (which I did not need) for my inconvenience. 4th. Numerous other pickup locations wee available within 10 Miles south (any of which would have eliminated my inconvenience and would have been the same for U-Haul), but the dispatcher insisted on the location she selected and was going to charge me $200 extra to pickup the truck at one of the alternate locations. In conclusion, her customer service skills were awful and she was unwilling to discuss an option that would have been a wash for U-Haul while benefiting me, the customer. Provide vehicles with full fuel tanks, then require renters to return tanks full.David G.
