Did not answer my questions in person, parked truck on street a couple blocks away, no overnight key drop off (which was what I tried asking about) and hung up on me when I called to clarify about returning the truck, did not respond to message sent through the app. Vehicle needed to be vacuumed out as it had sand and leaves in the cab.

30 mins late for my pick up and wrong dolly. Would not recommend thos place. I used it because it was close by so figured would save money. Should have used different place. Also no place to park truck drove around for more kms then I drove to move.

Nha TThis was my second UHaul experience. The first one was great. My friend booked it for me about a month ago from a different location in Newton, Surrey. This time around, it was just okay. On the plus side, the truck was available late, which was super convenient, and the person running the UHaul service was really friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was that the garage door was really stiff and kind of jammed. Same with the lock, it was tough to use. Also, the light in the cargo area only stayed on for a few seconds, which made moving stuff at night pretty frustrating. All in all, it was an average experience.
