The one comment that I have is that U-Haul never made it clear to me that the pick-up time, 10:00 a.m., was also the end of the day for me - I understood that if I got the trailer back to U-Haul on Monday, as contracted, before quitting, that this was the agreement for the day. I was surprised that there was an additional charge for another day because the trailer was not dropped off before 10:00 a.m. Again, I WAS NOT TOLD THIS AND SO THIS WAS A COMPLETE SURPRISE. The equipment and the personnel did a good job, JUST NOT MAKING ME AWARE OF THIS POINT.

The orginal drop-off location was not surprised by the quantity of vehicles that they had (It was full for days before we tried to return the truck) - they just did not care enough to communicate that they had no room.

Elaine Rensing-UnlandMeasurements on trailers maybe better. I paid 40 bucks to pull a 6x12 trailer 20 miles to realize at ramp the measurements are not 6 foot. There are 10 inch wings on each side inward at ramp. Rear opening not 6 foot. Like the old saying. Measure twice cut once.

WILLIAM HILLARDI didn't really like how I was told I was being charged $26 but they took $61 without informing me. Otherwise I would have waited because that $33 was my gas money. I'm guessing $33 is the deposit which I find a little pricey as it was more than the rental it's self.

DAVID MUNOZOnly issue was it is a 6' bed, but can load only 4.5' due to metal support on each side of ramp. We couldn't use it to load a side by side, which is why we had rented it. UHaul should make a note on its description of this type of trailer

TYLER REISINGI turned my rental in on time and clean other than a cup in the cab of the truck. I dropped the truck off and put the keys in the drop box because no body was there. I was then charged and late return fee because they checked my truck in a day late because they weren’t there when I returned it and I was charged a cleaning fee and was told it was very dirty but yet the pictures they had taken weren’t from the truck I dropped off. They didn’t take any pictures of my truck being dirty w the numbers on my truck or the license plate to prove it was truck. The area manager has pictures on his phone from other trucks and charges people when he can so he can make extra money. Very unprofessional and told me he made the final call and that I couldn’t do anything about it and to have a good day. His name was mike
