Everyone at every location I went to was helpful, but all the independent locations didn’t seem to have any way to accurately connect with each other. My rental was changed and put me in a larger truck that I wasn’t comfortable driving while a smaller truck that I reserved originally was on the lot. It all worked out and it was all made right financially, but it added a lot of stress to the trip that wasn’t needed. Again, the employees tried to do the best they could, but it was frustrating that they were too much of a middle man due to the website not communicating well with the locations.
