I added 2 gallons of gas to cover the 14 miles. And still Charged for 2 gallons of gas.

The hardest place to find. They have a large sign down the road at another building but NO sign at the road where you're supposed to drop off. Unbelievably confusing. And U-Haul 888 number hung up on me while I was trying to find the address. All I can say is I'm glad it's over. And let me say to U-Haul - I didn't receive correct pricing, they gave me wrong information and the pickup location changed 3 times. Not one of your 888 phone number reps gave me the right information.

The 2 lasies that work in the office is very well helpful and their attitudes are amazing. I would recommend this storage to anybody that is looking for storage. Very clean very secured

The first two weeks I was there there was no fence. It was axle for someone to get in the next two weeks. The gate was left open every day 24 hours the final fourth week there’s 9 to 5 access which I was told to be 24 access I moved out within 30 days, disappointed, no telephone communication

I used Affordable Storage in Jefferson City, TN for several years and never had any issues whatsoever. Whenever I did have a question, I would email and promptly receive an answer back without any issues. Staff in the building are extremely friendly and accommodating. I personally used the air-conditioned storage and was very pleased with the grounds, security and cleanliness of the facilities. While I am no longer using them due to lack of need, I would certainly recommend Affordable Storage in Jefferson City without any hesitation!

The location and people were great. They had truck parked by my storage unit. It was initially set up as a mobile pickup. The day before I was suppose to pickup it up I got a message from U-Haul saying that location didn’t have the truck and they put me at a different location. I called them back and told them I spoke with the lady at the original location and she had the truck ready and waiting for me to pickup. So he put me back at the original location. When I got there to pick up the truck apparently he didn’t re-set me up as a mobile pickup and I spent an hour on the phone trying to get a manual pickup. This should not have happened. Very disappointed.
