After 8 phone calls, rude, unknowingly how to speak or be kind, terrible scheduling people. Radio didn't work, computer gave false reading and took pictures to back up my words. 6 months ago was charged 400. For same trip, then I called for assistance with truck, no return calls after I made 3 attempts. Had nerve to take money from account, after sitting waiting for help in middle of Tn. Sad will never rent again, will be sharing how bad you're service is with everyone specifically in the communities I've lived in across country. Gave average rating only because the lady who helped was the only person who gave, helpful, useful information after traveling, using 5 locations throughout 2 states.

For this location, they are the best...Easiest transaction I have ever had with a UHaul location!
John MWe rented a uhaul from this location on 8/6 it blew the engine 16 miles into renting it. The woman we tried to talk to had the affordable storage shirt on was very rude. This place was horrible, they do not take care of their trucks.
Catherine FThey did not have the trailer or truck I wanted so I had to use the next size up and spend extra money on gas, the truck also only had a quarter tank to start with which was inconvenient.
