I added 2 gallons of gas to cover the 14 miles. And still Charged for 2 gallons of gas.
SEAN MThe hardest place to find. They have a large sign down the road at another building but NO sign at the road where you're supposed to drop off. Unbelievably confusing. And U-Haul 888 number hung up on me while I was trying to find the address. All I can say is I'm glad it's over. And let me say to U-Haul - I didn't receive correct pricing, they gave me wrong information and the pickup location changed 3 times. Not one of your 888 phone number reps gave me the right information.
